This comfortable private studio is just minutes from Clover Park, home of New York Mets spring training, and the beautiful PGA Golf Club, making it ideal for baseball fans, golfers, and travelers looking to explore the Treasure Coast. Enjoy a comfortable king bed, cozy living area, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a smart TV. Located in a quite and safe neighborhood. and tranquil place for restful relaxation. Cleanliness is our specialty. Everything is washed and sanitized between each guest stay. We are located in St Lucie West/Torino area with easy access to I 95 and Turnpike.

The host is great! The host will do her best to make your stay wonderful. She respects your privacy, very seldom did I see her. The place is in a quiet and safe neighborhood five or six minutes from Clover Park.

The Perfect Place truly lived up to its name. The privacy and peaceful setting provided my son—a U.S. Marine—a much-needed respite from the rigorous demands of being a war-fighter. He was genuinely humbled and highly impressed by our choice of home. The location was ideal, and the host’s prompt, respectful communication made the stay seamless. We are deeply grateful and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking rest, privacy, and comfort.

The perfect place was perfect!

This little apartment was adorable. It was just what I needed... a comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, a large bathroom. Very inviting. Loved it!

Great place!

A very homey place to stay! Exceptionally clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. We stayed in the area for our nieces college graduation, it was an excellent spot close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Mr. Met and the Perfect Place

This is my first time using any short-term rental platform and I can't imagine having a better host - rarely seen but always quick to respond to any requests I made. The host did everything possible to make my stay at the property perfect.I stayed at the Perfect Place for over a month. The property is located in a safe, and still developing neighborhood. With a separate entrance and sitting area outside, I felt I had all the privacy I needed. Again, the host makes every effort to ensure the guests' privacy.The large bathroom with it's open air shower design, deep bathtub, and double sinks is amazing. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. I didn't need to eat out my entire stay! And if there's anything you need, just ask, chances are the host can accommodate your wishes.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Perfect Place and highly recommend it! Thanks again Yolanda!!

"The Perfect Place" lives up to its name

My husband and I wanted a quiet place to stay where we could unwind yet still be within a 35-minute drive to popular destinations like Stuart and Vero Beach on the Treasure Coast. Our studio apartment with mini-kitchette was immaculate, with a beautiful big bed, large-screen TV, a small table and chairs, a remote for the a.c. and fan, and stacking dishes and cutlery for four. Our hostess Yolanda thoughtfully supplied coffee and teas, creamers, an assortment of sweeteners, pots and pans, and even bottled water and wine glasses chilling in the fridge. The separate bathroom knocked us out -- a spa-sized tub, granite walk-in shower, two sinks, etc. We we not expecting this super-sized room, furnished with plenty of fluffy white towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, spa goodies (like a facial mask), hair dryer, etc All this, and we had a little courtyard just for us, with two chairs and potted flowers and succulents (I think Yolanda is a master gardener; our place was on the side of her home, and her front and back gardens are stunning). We were happy to wake up on a quiet, attractive street in St Lucie, go out and about during the day, then retire back to peace and quiet in the evening. A pair of sandhill cranes are the only juvenile delinquents, walking down the street and whooping now and then ... We got a kick out of them We highly recommend the Howling Rooster Pub in St. Lucie and the baked potato soup at St. Lucie Drafthouse ... And the Perfect Place!

Down here to watch our kids baseball tournament. Perfect spot, cute and all we needed. Good neighborhood- quiet nights and good for morning walks. Yolanda was quick to reply with any questions. I would stay here again!

The property also offers very easy access to both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, making it simple to travel throughout the Treasure Coast and South Florida.
