Surrounded by towering pines and just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and 20 minutes from downtown Bend, this home offers the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and easy access to year-round adventures.



Recently updated with new furnishings, modern lighting, beautiful flooring, a new roof, and central air conditioning, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was designed for comfort and cozy gatherings. Whether you're coming to ski, hike, bike, paddleboard, or simply relax with your loved ones, Rager Mountain 10 is the perfect home base.



Comfortably Sleeps 8:

The spacious primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a twin bunk and twin trundle—sleeping up to 4. A second full bathroom ensures convenience for all.



Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining:

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The dining table seats up to 10 guests with an available extension leaf—perfect for larger families or group meals.

Fantastic stay. Fantastic amenities

You won’t get board with this property with bikes, fousball, ping pong and more. Beds are comfortable and the hot tub is great! Will be back

Overall the space was lovely. We, two families with kids, were able to fit comfortably and the kids had a great time in the bunk room. We had a blast playing ping pong and food ball in the garage and the dining table was a great size for board games! The VIP cards were an added bonus for the reimbursement of a meal.

The perfect house

Great home

Very nice home- great location and nicely equipped with anything you could think of. We had a wonderful time here. The only negative is not having SHARC passes. We would stay here again - if SHARC passes were available. We never used the VIP pass for the benefits.

We appreciate your feedback about how SHARC passes could have enhanced your stay, as it helps us know what improvements to consider. While the home doesn’t have the passes, the VIP guest perk program does offer up to $250 reimbursement for SHARC Aquatic Center admission and up to $60 for the Tennis/Pickleball courts fees per booking. If you did end up going to either of these SHARC amenities while staying in the rental, please contact our team so they can reimburse you! Thank you again for staying with us. Great rental with AC for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in July. I'm so glad we chose a rental with AC. It's not always needed in Sun River but our week in July was HOT! We really would've been miserable without it. Super convenient location and the bikes were great for the kids to ride to the village. Checkin / checkout was easy and no issues while were were there. I'd definitely rent this house again!
