This fully renovated condo is located in north Ocean City and is one building back from the beach. A short 50 yard walk and your toes are in the ocean water. You will love sitting on our third floor balcony enjoying the full view of the ocean and all the beach umbrellas and watching the beach lovers coming and going. The condo is situated in the unofficial center of North Ocean City, with loads to do within walking distance (restaurants galore, including the Fractured Prune one short block away for what may be the world’s best doughnuts). You're within a couple blocks of shopping, miniature golf, movies and many more great bars and restaurants, and you’re only 20 blocks from the Delaware line and Fenwick Island where there is no sales tax! The Top Royal Condo is well-maintained building that has an elevator to help bring you and your luggage up to the 3rd floor. It also has a great outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) for cooling off when you don’t feel like getting sand everywhere. There is adequate parking, with one designated space for our condo and plenty of undesignated spaces for a second vehicle. The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. All beds/mattresses are brand new in 2011 (including the sleep sofa mattress). With one and a half bathrooms, there is less arguing about who’s gotta go :-). The living room/dining room area is very spacious with plenty of seating, including a new granite top bar with two bar stools. Lastly, the air conditioning can keep you plenty cool, but given the north-south orientation of the unit (and the ceiling fan in the living room), when the windows and sliding door are open, the summer ocean breeze is always refreshing through all the rooms. Our unit is well-appointed whether you are staying for a long weekend or multiple weeks. Our amenities include: a 40' flatscreen with HighDef cable in the living room, a 22' flatscreen cable TV in the bedroom, a BluRay player in the Living room, a DVD player in the bedroom, WiFi in the unit, washer and dryer, iron, drying rack for towels and suits, and new tile floors throughout to help keep things clean and fresh. The kitchen, just renovated with granite counters, is fully equipped with an ice maker, over-the-stove microwave, garbage disposal, a full-size dishwasher, and lots of cabinet space. We think you will enjoy our Ocean City Getaway as much as we do. Some general rules/guidelines that apply (details to be provided in the rental agreement, if you are interested): - You must bring your own linens (although you can contract with a linen service for an additional fee); - We will typically hold your dates for 7 days after sending you the rental agreement. Down payment and a signed agreement will then guarantee the unit for you.
