We had a wonderful stay here in Las Croabas. Close proximity to the beaches and shopping and restaurants. My family will definitely be back!

Convenient place to stay when a tourist in the area. Resturants, Seven Seas beach, and biobay tours were all within walking distance. Everything else is a short drive - Ceiba for the ferries to islands, Luqillo beach and kiosks, and El Yunque. It's on a quiet street (no thru traffic) and felt safe and was easy to park a rental car.Meli was fantastic. Commuication was prompt, clear, and informative. Amenities were also well curated - a bottle of wine, snacks, coffee milk and sugar, cold drinks in the fridge, hair dryer, and ample towels. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed for four nights with our four children and this was the perfect place! The location was great, but we did need the pin that came in our confirmation email to find it the first day. We did have a coqui nearby that made earplugs necessary for the first two nights, but other than that the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and fun activities made the trip so easy- who wants to be trapped in a car for 30 minutes covered in sand and salt water while the kids fight in the back seat? We will definitely book here again!

Too many issues

Communication with the host was non existent at the beginning but did respond later. Beds were hard as a rock so if comfort while sleeping is what you are looking for this is not the place. The walls in the hallway sweat which create puddles outside your bedroom door and you have to mop constantly in order to prevent falling down. Terrazzo floor are very slippery when wet. There is a step down from the living area towards the bedrooms so beware of your steps in this area. Lots of roosters crowing at all times which wake you up while sleeping. Even with the fan on in the living area it was very warm. We bought additional floor fan to keep us cool. It was very clean. Listing mentioned a spa…there is none. Property was nice just too many issues for us.
