Located at the pristine Sproat Lake in the Alberni Valley, is our Rustic Retreat. Nestled amongst cedar trees, is a charming chalet-style home and hobby farm. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio, taking in nature views and watching friendly chickens and sheep frolic. Inside the home, you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings, woodwork and a cozy atmosphere. The home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath; plenty of space for large groups and families. Enjoy cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and dining at either the breakfast nook or large dining table.
Step outside, and a 3 minute walk down the trail brings you to British Columbia's best lake. Swim in crystal clear waters, while taking in views of the surrounding Coastal mountains. There is a boat launch, a swimming dock and easy boat/trailer parking on the property. Visiting in the cooler months? Enjoy a cold plunge in the lake and then head back to warm up in the hot tub!
Looking to explore the West Coast? The Rustic Retreat is a 20 minute drive from Port Alberni and conveniently located near the Pacific Rim - Highway 4 to Tofino and Ucluelet. Come try the lake life, you'll love it!
