Marvel at gorgeous sunrises from the amazing backyard with a hot tub and sweeping views. Stay active in the workout area equipped with a Peloton, rowing machine, light weights, yoga mats, and bands.

The kitchen features double ovens, gas cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, plus additional comforts of a blender, waffle maker, tea kettle, Koerig, Soda Stream, Crockpot, Instapot, Cuisinart mixer, toaster and toaster oven. Convenience of washer and dryer onsite in garage. Every detail is considered, with supplied linens, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, soaps, shampoos, and body wash. Entertainment options abound with TV's in each bedroom, and both living spaces, as well as a collection of board games, puzzles, and card games. We even have a Guava pack-and-play as well as a HelloBaby baby monitor.

Relax in any of the three bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, or unwind in the two living areas. The primary bedroom boasts a California King Sleep Number. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds. There are two queen air mattresses for additional sleeping. There is also a love seat that converts to a oversized twin bed.

The dining area comfortably seats six, with an additional two-four at the main table and the smaller table that also doubles as a game table for those interested in board games, puzzles, etc.

The backyard view is the one thing everyone who visits my home talks about. There is a swing to have your coffee, tea or wine on. A couple of oversized hammocks for relaxing. An outdoor couch, with seating in the shade, under the upstairs balcony, centered with a propane firepit as well for those outdoor evenings. We also have a hot tub and a bbq.

Attractions less than a 20-minute drive away include Mission Trails, Sea World, Balboa Park, beaches (Mission, Pacific, La Jolla), Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Petco Park, San Diego Mission(s), USS Midway, Birch Aquarium, Liberty Station, and downtown. Beyond all of the above attractions, other attractions are 30-50 minutes away. this includes things like Legoland, Coronado Island, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Botanical Garden, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Barona Cultural Center and Museum, Old Poway Park, not to mention the amazing golf courses like Torre Pines.

We also have a delightful Citrus tree, that has about 3 great seasons of oranges. 2 Avocado trees, if you are lucky enough to visit while they are ripe, they too are amazing! In addition to the drought-resistant plants around the property, the yellow plumeria is gorgeous when in bloom.

This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home, and one bedroom is designated as the owners closet. There are a few cabinets in the kitchen and primary bathroom that are also owners cabinets.
