One bedroom unit with living, kitchen and dining area near UT. Quaint house with wood floors, front porch with swing. On site free parking. Large bedroom with king sized bed in walkable neighborhood with period homes mixed with new construction. Traffic is blocked to through traffic, only locals can drive through. Excellent area for walking, a park with a pool, tennis, picnic tables and basketball hoop only 2 blocks away. Favorite eateries such as Austin Pizza within walking distance.
