Turn off the lights and lock the doors
DO NOT strip the beds. Please gather all towels & check behind doors on hooks for anything hanging. Use the rolling laundry cart from the primary closet and leave cart next to the washing machines.
HOT TUB: If used, please turn the temperature back down to 85 degrees and secure the lid closed before check-out.
Please roll trash cans to the curb.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved everything about this house. It feltlike home. We loved being able to walk to town from the house. Having a EV charger was fantastic too. The host was easy to communicate with. If we go to Murphy’s again we will be staying here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at the Sagefield House in Murphys, California! Everything was so thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, with amenities placed exactly where you’d want them. You could tell a lot of attention went into making the home comfortable and convenient.The master bedroom was especially nice, and the bidet was an unexpected but wonderful touch! The entire house felt welcoming, comfortable, and very well cared for.We really enjoyed our time at Sagefield House and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Murphys. We’d love to come back!

Amazing home with more amenities than you can think of! We visited with another couple and it was perfect. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. Perfect location to walk into town to restaurants, wineries, the park or grocery store. The host, Leeanna, was very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and then some. Plenty enough seating, comfortable furniture, lots of extra bedding and towels. No complaints whatsoever. We will for sure look into staying again for our next trip to Murphy’s.

We were celebrating my daughters bday with her girlfriends it was perfect. Plenty of room. The house is really comfortable and clean. We loved that it was an easy walk into town for shopping and wine tasting. Spa was a plus! Leanna recommended Lucia with Balance by Lucia we had in home massages. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! If you like the outdoors lots of places to visit in the area. We had a lovely time!!

This is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. It is great for groups with all ages. We walked from there to downtown easily. Would certainly recommend this home and Murphys for a get away.

This rental has it all! Thoughtfully placed chargers, fully stocked linen closets, plenty of kitchenware and appliances. We were able to walk to a winery, window shop and get ice cream downtown. Charming neighborhood and spacious rooms. I greatly appreciated the host’s clear and prompt communication including the handy QR codes around the rental explains things. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location & New Build Neighborhood

We stayed for a family wedding, this is a great location within walking distance to downtown. The ping pong table was a hit for our kids. Nice and quiet neighborhood!
