This gorgeous oceanfront home located on the historic district peninsula of Pawleys Island features ocean front views, a covered creek dock with floater, plenty of parking and is situated in a secluded area of the beach, which makes this private location a great home for family gatherings.

Ground floor features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks with a full bath. Upstairs on the main floor has two master suites, one on the ocean side and the other on the creek side. Both feature a king bed with private baths. Two additional bedrooms on the same floor – one with two doubles and the other with a queen and a twin. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, all major appliances, and a large dining room table. In addition, there is a creek side sunroom with queen sleeper bed.

Centrally located on the island just a short distance from the South Causeway.
Additional amenities include central H/VAC, 5 cable TVs, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, wet bar w/ice-maker, microwave, outside shower with hot/cold combo, bed and bath linens, blender, toaster, elevator, wifi/internet and much more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mornings we watched the dolphins swim by after the sunrise, midday was for beach play and waves to ride. This year we had some serious fishing, especially at the South End. Evenings we were dockside, some in the kayaks, some waiting for the perfect photo of sunset colors and some just enjoying each other. The week was too short!

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and living spaces, and a huge PI screened front porch appointed with hammock and gathering area. Rocking chairs line the huge gazebo providing relaxing views of the ocean or walk down the creek dock for crabbing . Ice maker and elevator provide the perfect convenience for easy living!
