Dad's Lega-Sea es una casa de 4 dormitorios con altillo frente al mar. Esta casa FANTÁSTICA tiene todo lo que su familia necesita: cocina bien equipada, ducha exterior con agua fría y caliente, súper TV, wifi, máquina para hacer hielo y mucho más. Ubicada en Springs Ave, esta casa ofrece vistas directas al mar y acceso al arroyo, lo que lo convierte en una de las mejores opciones para cualquier familia que quiera pescar, flotar en el arroyo y relajarse.

El loft, ideal para niños mayores, recibe el sol de la mañana frente al océano y cuenta con dos camas individuales. En la planta baja, los cuatro dormitorios adicionales cuentan con tres camas queen y dos camas individuales. Las tres habitaciones de matrimonio tienen tocador en suite con espejo y lavabo. La casa cuenta con dos baños en el piso principal y un medio baño debajo de la casa con una lavadora y secadora grandes.

No Fumar. Se admiten mascotas con la aprobación.
Sábado a sábado SOLO alquiler durante los meses de verano. Alquiler por noche y mensual disponible en temporada de hombro.

Nostalgia & Pawleys Perfect

What a cozy, warm & relaxed getaway we enjoyed at Dad’s Lega Sea with our mini Bernedoodle. Perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us & room to spare! Loved the knotty pine floors& walls with screen doors that allowed the ocean breezes throughout the living area.Can see why so many special memories have been made here.

The property is so comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The house was built in 1953 and is solid as a rock. It’s a true Pawleys experience.

Wonderful beach house!

We enjoyed staying at Dad’s Legasea. It was a spacious and comfortable accommodation for our family. So grateful for the opportunity to be able to stay here and watch the sun rise over the ocean and see the dolphins and sea birds from the porch! Thank you for making it available to rent.

Only issue we had the outlets at the bedroom sinks do not work. Inconvenient for drying hair. But other that that I would highly recommend this house.

The house was spotless and had all the accommodations you would want in a kitchen - coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, toaster, oven, dishes, etc. - as well as throughout the house. The views were gorgeous. It was lovely to be on the beach (a few steps away) and then relax on the front porch later in the day. Close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. We took advantage of our credit from VacKLife (beach chairs, table, umbrella) We had a great time and already booked for next year. The rental company - TideLife - was excellent to deal with.

I’m always a little worried when we rent a new property- will everything we need be available and will the house work for us...this house was perfect! Great living space for meals and late nights, great location, kitchen had nearly everything we needed, and the dock was fabulous! We made lots of memories and can’t wait to get back next year!
