Aidan has spent years renovating this cottage with so much love, respect and attention to detail, that you just have to experience it for yourself. The cottage oozes charm and the surrounding countryside and scenery are simply gorgeous. Most furniture has either been handcrafted or lovingly sourced to fit the overall energy of the place. Everything is warm, welcoming and unique from the flagstone floors to the beautiful thatch on the roof. What a place to come back to in the evening after exploring the beauty of west Clare, relaxing while sitting in front of a crackling fire in what just might be one of the nicest cottages west of the mighty river Shannon.

Ein kleines Paradies…

Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und in jahrelanger Arbeit von Aidan, dem Vermieter, selbst restauriert. Jede Ecke bietet neue Überraschungen. Aidan hat wirklich an alles gedacht und kümmert sich auch vor Ort sehr aufmerksam und freundlich um seine Gäste. Alleine er, wäre schon die Reise wert😉. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in Alleinlage. Es ist dort herrlich ruhig und die einzigen „Mitbewohner“ sind die Schafe. die in der Hauskoppel grasen. Das Haus eignet sich damit wunderbar für Gäste, die ihre Ruhe haben wollen und Entschleunigung suchen.
