Everything was pretty great upon arrival. Clean, pretty, and great set up. The dishwasher was broken and the bathroom looked rough though. The staff were very helpful with a mufflehead infestation once they reached back out to us. The number listed on the website and in the contract is actually not a 24/7 service. We had called different numbers and when we did get a call back, they did not claim our cabin as a part of their service. The doors were closed no later than 7 PM and we had an infestation of muffle heads that we had noticed by 11:30 PM. They did send people to vacuum up the bugs and to replace linens for us. They also gave us a partial refund and 26 person golf carts along with offering us different cabins, but unfortunately, the bride had wanted to stay altogether. Later, when I had talked to the owner, he had denied the cabin had any problems, accused us of lying in a roundabout way and even told me that we went out drinking till 1 AM and that’s why we waited so long to call, when we had game night actually and we’re in all night. Middle aged ladies. I was told that they are no leaks or holes in the cabin and something must’ve been left open but honestly there was nothing open. We had thousands of muffle heads on the ceilings, especially in the room with the two queen beds they were flying into our mouth and on our shirts, and in the morning there were tons dead everywhere, next night wasn’t nearly as bad. Staff 10/10 Owner 1/10 came off as a gaslighternarc
