This may have been our 15th year at this home. We love the place as it is clean, easy to get to, handy to many attractions and has a lovely pool; and hot tub.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The view was amazing and the location was perfect for gettting to downtown Port Clinton and the ferries to the islands. My kids really enjoyed hanging at the pool and floating on the lake right outside the backdoor. We would love to come back!

Host very helpful, very timely with replies, pool was beautiful, warm, clean, although it closed for the season the day after we arrived, but mid-September is very late for a pool to close, so we were thrilled to have 1 day. House was just amazing, views are breathtaking. First VRBO experience and it was so easy. We had a wonderful visit. Property so centrally located, very easy to see all the wonders of Lake Erie shores and Islands!

A fantastic get away for families!! Quiet, relaxing and plenty of things to do close by! Loved having breakfast on the deck while enjoying the amazing view of the lake!!!!!!! The house was beautiful!!!!!! Didn’t want to leave!!!

Our Home Away from Home

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this beautiful property, and can't wait to go back next summer. My 4 grandchildren (7,9,11 & 13) had an incredible time, and my daughter & son-in-law loved their down time. And I love the convenient location & incredible view of the lake- and seeing my family so happy!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. It was our second time at this property & we fell in love with it again. The kids loved playing on the beach & swimming in the lake & pool. Loved having space to spread out and be together. We'll be back!

Great Stay

Upon check-in, found house very clean. Everything was as advertised and more. Location was very good , close to shopping and eats. Had a nice beach area except for the day we had a north wind, but that is the way it is. Would like to stay again, but make it in warm weather. Nice place, and owner was great.

Panoramic view of Lake Erie

We had a pleasant winter stay at Colette's place. This property has a stunning 180-degree panoramic view of Lake Erie. We saw Bald Eagles and other wildlife right from the living room. Colette lives out of state, but manages the property very professionally. Internet service worked well. Location is basically right on the main road into town, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We treasured our time here and would happily stay again.

A graduate of the Ohio State University; we raised our family in Upper Arlington, OH, but moved to Portland OR in 2015. Retired as a Sales Executive from the O.C. Tanner Co after 20 years selling employee recognition products. We have owned our lake house since 1993 and cherish the Lake Erie sunset viewed from our deck. We try to make our lakehouse feel like a home away from home with comfortable and quality furnishings.
