Bring the group together in this renovated five-bedroom Wentzville home. Three levels of sleeping and living space, a full kitchen, and a large backyard make it flexible for family trips, reunions, and longer stays.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Main level: two bedrooms, each with a king bed
• Upstairs: one bedroom with two queen beds
• Finished basement: one bedroom with two king beds and one bedroom with one king bed
• Two full bathrooms

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Up to two dogs are permitted. A $100 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house had everything we needed, we had plenty of space to relax. The host was very welcoming and communicated promptly with us. Location was perfect for us, being so close to all the shops.

Great Spacious Clean Home

My family of 7 greatly enjoyed our stay at this home in Wentzville. The home was clean, centrally located, and spacious for our large family. I will definitely stay here again when we visit family.

Family wedding stay

Six adults came to stay in this rental home to enjoy a family wedding in the area. The house allowed everyone to have their own sleeping area and the main living room and the large dining table accommodated all of us hanging out and dining together. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and places to buy food were very close by. The driveway is long and accomodated all our rental cars. It was truly a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this home.

Large house with lots of space and many beds

The house is a really good size and plenty of bedrooms, The mattresses And linens were good, the shower And TV we used were good, The kitchen and the amenities in there were all good. Great washer and dryer. A couple of things I wanted to share regarding our rental:The toilet downstairs is clogged.  We’re not quite sure why.  We tried the plunger that was here in the house, my husband also brought a plunger from his work to try it. It didn’t work.There are stains all over the seat cushions in the dining room. They need to be cleaned or covered.The floorboards along the walls are all scuffed and marked up. The hanging hooks on the main floor bathroom are falling out of the walls and unusable. One of the luggage racks in the closet on the main floor was broken upon arrival and unusable.Trash from the previous renters was still in the dumpster. Nowhere to put our trash so we put it on the back porch.Our power went out in the evening, two of the days. It came back on within a minute, but I notified maintenance. They’re not sure what the cause was.

We had three families traveling together for a soccer tournament, and this house was absolutely perfect as our home base! Shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby in Wentzville; downtown St Louis was about 45 min away. Host provided shower essentials, laundry supplies, paper products, and coffee supplies. Plenty of dishes and silverware for a big group! Beds were clean and comfortable, and the house was laid out thoughtfully so that the boys, girls, and adults all had their own spaces to unwind and hang out after our long days. The host was also a great communicator and was very flexible with us and our tournament schedule! I would 100% stay here again if visiting the St. Louis area!

Great house great price

My team loved all the space and the fresh remodel. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Having laundry facilities a big plus.
