We loved this place! Clean and inviting. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The best part was direct access to the pool and could be on the beach in less than 5 mins with beach access path/stairs right across the street. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay here in Destin! The unit is well stocked with everything you need for eating, sleeping, & having a great time. It was a great spot to be with kids, as the location is right off the pool & across the street from the beach.

Our family just stayed here for 2 nights, and we had an amazing time! My favorite thing about this unit was the access to the pool. If you have kids this is a plus! You open the door and the pool is right there. So so convenient ! We loved it! Also the whole place was very clean! The bedsheets smelled and felt clean, bathroom was nice and tidy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Grand Caribbean 105 is a great place to stay. Check in was simple and responses by host were speedy. The unit is clean and the pool outside the back door was great for my grandkids to play and keep and eye on them while I relaxed on the porch. The beach is very close as well and right across the the street. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay close to beach

Loved our condo. We were within walking distance to beach and when we weren’t at the beach the kids loved swimming in the pool and hot tub. The property management was very quick to respond with any needs.

The space was perfect for a little family of five. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was nice. This specific unit was ground floor and had direct access to the pool which was amazing for us parents; we could watch the kids but not be on the pool deck. You are directly on 30A and an easy 2 min walk to public beach access. You can venture to the left or right down the street and find food and drinks if you want something to snack on. And you are close to the Emerald Pkwy so alllllll the stores and restaurants are close and easy to reach in a short drive. The property has all the things you need to stay away from home. Kitchen stuff, nice sized bathroom and a washer and dryer!! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean and Great location, however, no ice maker, fridge door warped and hard to shut and a/c never came down below 77.

This place was very nice. Walking distance to the beach. It was on the bottom floor which was nice. Plenty of room for a family of four . The pool and spa was very nice and convenient since it was right out the back door.There was plenty of communication with the host . I definitely recommend staying here.
