We had an absolutely incredible stay! The chalet was like a dream — surrounded by mountains and forest, with the perfect cozy atmosphere. The hot tub was amazing, and we loved enjoying the fireplace in the evenings. Everything we needed was there, and the comfort was exceptional. We are a French family visiting Colorado, and this location was ideal for discovering Durango, Ouray, Silverton, and so many other beautiful places. Having a garage to park our car was also a real plus. The beds upstairs were super comfortable — truly perfect for a relaxing stay. We will keep wonderful memories of this trip for life. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

Durango Spring Break

The property was in excellent shape and we were pleasantly surprised by how nicely decorated the house was. The pictures did not do it justice. The views from the deck were lovely. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and found our time there very relaxing. We love the area around Lake Purgatory and the Hermosa Cliffs. Thank you sharing your vacation home with our family.

Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to stay at Heavenly Daze last minute after the place we booked on booking wasn't wat the pictures told us. We called with Durango Colorado Vacations and they were so helpful with everything. Within 2 hours we could check in at Heavenly Daze and arrived in a very clean house with exceptional view and it felt like it could have been our own house. It felt so warm and cosy. All the directions of how things worked were clearly written down. We enjoyed the hot tub the most. After traveling for 2 weeks and driving/ packing from place to place , we are from the Netherlands, we all could use some relaxation and that is exactly what we found at Heavenly Daze. What an awesome place! We would definitely come again if we were in the neighborhood.

Wonderful family rental

Everything about this property was perfect for our family of five. Perfect location for trips into Durango and up to Silverton. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out, hot tub was an awesome bonus. Will definitely return!

Great vacation spot

Heavenly Daze was perfect for our family. Great place, close to Purgatory, and not far from downtown Durango. Jen and Lorie at the management company are super helpful. 4x4 is absolutely necessary to get to the house. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location!

The location of the house is awesome. Very private in the middle of a beautiful forrest. The deck off the back is the star of this home. Beautiful views. Great place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The magnificent star gazing at night completes the day.

Beautiful cabin and beautiful views.

The cabin was just perfect for us. There were 4 of us...my husband, myself and two daughters. We had a wonderful stay. The internet was very very slow but we were happy to have it at all. Beautiful cabin tucked back in the forest and very private. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for skiing/snowboarding, 10 minutes to Purgatory, house very clean, plenty of space for 2 adults and 6 kids...fireplace, hot tub used everyday...definitely need 4/all wheel drive to access property in winter...some info in cabin dated, management VERY responsive in answering questions...

On our recent ski trip to Purgatory my daughter and I loved our stay. We had my best friend, his wife, and two kids join us for the fun in the snow and everyone thought the place was beautiful. The hot tub was a awesome hit that was used every day after skiing.

Kick Back and Relax!

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The owners had updated everything since our stay 2 yrs ago, and it's wonderful! We especially love the deck. The views are fantastic. We stayed put one day and just played games on the deck. So relaxing!

Beautiful and peaceful

Home was very clean and well appointed. Bright and open with gorgeous views , very private and quiet. The deck is spacious and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was truly peaceful and restorative. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Heavenly Daze was fantastic. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is very comfortable. The house’s property is likewise very beautiful and a wonderful place to recharge/relax. Will come again!

Another Lovely Stay

The Team at DCV never disappoint when it comes to booking a beautiful stay in Durango. The Heavenly Daze cabin, as always, was cozy and felt like home. The kitchen remodel was a bonus! Fully stocked with basic amenities and comfy furniture - great for a week of relaxation disconnect from the real world. We'll be life long guests of Durango as long as DCV is around.

A Truly relaxing mountain getaway

We stayed here for a ski vacation- 2 families and Grandma and Grandpa. It was very comfortable for the 12 of us. Well furnished, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful patio and hottub. Definitely need 4 WD to get to it in the snow but we had no trouble with the 2 vehicles we drove from Texas. We will stay here again in the future if it is available.

Perfect family vacation!

We loved this property. Clean, spacious and very comfortable - with a beautiful view. More than enough room for 2 teenagers! Would love to come back! Plenty to do in Purgatory and Durango. Cascade Falls hiking trail is a 15 minute drive from the property - the hiking trail has tons of creeks and streams - a perfect way to spend the day.
