Nuestro hermoso paraíso en Coon Creek es un gran lugar de reunión familiar. Interior espacioso, muebles de lujo de alta gama y un lugar para retirarse y realmente alejarse de todo. Ubicado en 5 acres con un estanque y Coon Creek que atraviesa el centro de la propiedad.

4 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños, dos comedores, 2 salas de estar, una gran cocina gourmet y cubiertas envolventes completan el ambiente. Dé un paseo por los jardines, coloque una línea en Coon Creek o simplemente relájese en el porche. 15 minutos al centro de Durango y 20 minutos al Purgatorio en invierno. El golf está a 10 minutos y hay una gran cantidad de senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta por todas partes.

Entrance road makes it hard to see where to turn for the road. the rooms were clean. The host was very helpful at getting back with answers to questions. The views were wonderful from the back porch.

Wow! Lovely Home!

This house has everything's you need for a lovely vacation. The kitchen is completely equipped for any meal and/or get together. There are tons of towels and bathroom necessities. We loved the beautiful lawn and CoonCoonCreek.

Great house and location

Everything about the property was great. We loved the lawn and the kitchen was well stocked .The only negative was that a large wasp colony has taken residence in and around the back deck. They can be aggressive as a couple of children were stung.

A beautiful getaway

This home is so lovely! My kids and I stayed here for several days - and this home was perfect. We loved the outdoor area and ate all of our meals on the deck overlooking the pond. My boys played in the pond, we played around on the lawn and had picture perfect family time together. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is nice and all of the basics (and beyond) are covered! Thanks for a wonderful home to spend time in.

Great home and location!

Beautiful setting and location. There were a few house things that needed to be addressed by management company. Upstairs bath wouldn't drain and water turned off several times. I would highly recommend the home and the surrounding area. We had an amazing trip!

Very relaxing and secluded.

The house is very nice and well appointed. You have privacy and nature. The river outside is very nice and relaxing. The entrance to the property is very small and hard to find from the main road and the entrance to the property. But after the first time, you get some landmarks and it's not hard. The only negative comment I have is about the TV situation. They advertise Satellite/Cable TV. I guess technically it might be true. But really, it's internet streaming. If you have your own accounts, you can get Net Flicks or Amazon. But you can't get any local news channels or any sports channels to watch football games etc. We had to go buy a Google TV system so we could watch the football bowls and news stations. That wouldn't keep me from renting again. But they should be more transparent about the TV system.

Memorial Day Weekend

Aside from a glitch with the garage door opener (which someone at the other end of the line was able to work around for us at 9:30pm) the stay was great. Counter to the instructions for our stay, this home is fully stocked with everything as if it were your own home. And the outdoor spaces are outstanding -- we literally spent all of our time outside aside from sleeping. Many thanks!

Comfortable

The property is a comfortable home in an amazing area. The driveway is a little tricky to find after sundown. Our travel was delayed due to weather so we were a day late checking in so I would definitely recommend the travel insurance if you are flying into Durango.

Thanksgiving Week at Paradise On Coon Creek!

We had a wonderful time in Durango area, The house is unbelievable, did not need anything, house is well equipped with everything you could possible need. Very Private, creek running through the front yard half covered in snow, and the sound of water running was really nice, the yard, the pond in the back yard, all the room outdoors to walk around and enjoy. We had mule deer come down from the mountains behind the house and walk in the back yard, Wow, what a site! While we were here we rode the Durango/Silverton Train from Durango to Cascade Falls, enjoyed the scenery! Drove through Silverton to Ouray, stopped along the way to site see, Grandkids played in the slow at the Molas Pass Summit elevation 10,910 Feet (not much air up there). We also went to Mesa Verde National Park, enjoyed that very much. I'm not into to snow skiing but there several placing to ski in the area. There is so much to see and do but never enough time. Over all we had a great time and if ever in the Durango area again would delinitely try to stay at Paradise on Coon Creek again!!!

Wonderful property and house

We enjoyed our stay at this house. 4 brother's and wives. Beautiful views off lovely patio with a stream and pond. Pay attention to directions as a little tricky to find. Comfortable beds except for 4th bedroom full size bunk beds. We knew that from the description and pics. It was the best choice in the area for our group. I'm sure fine for kids but not for older adults :) I would recommend the owners replace the dingy, frayed towels.

Family Friendly

A warm and inviting home away from home. Lots of room indoors and out for hanging out together or getting a little solitude. Master bedroom suite is huge. Other bedrooms seemed a bit tight by comparison. Drive to Durango is easy when you want dining options. PJ’s Gourmet grocery & liquor store is much closer and has everything you’ll need. Hermosa area offers great access to outdoor recreation.

Peaceful Property

Our party of eight had a wonderful time at this property in September. The grounds were spectacular. The large pond and a creek running right through the property created a very serine setting. The interior was inviting with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the views were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The only negatives were many of the bath towels could use some replacing as they were old and threadbare and they could supply a few more kitchen trash bags. Other than that, it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again. Also, be sure to read the supplied directions to the property before you get there, or you’re sure to miss the entrance.
