Spacious home with fun outdoor area and great layout for families
Unbeatable location - quiet residential street , with very little traffic, yet under 1 mile to the beach (with plenty of parking), the world famous 'Sea Watch' ocean front dining is only a quarter mile and lots of restaurant choices less than half a mile from the home.
Downtown Fort Lauderdale is less than 15 minute by car
3 bedrooms on first floor - 1 is ensuite, the others have full bathrooms with easy access close by. Large master suite on 2nd floor.
Pool table that converts to a ping pong table for family fun
Open plan living with large seating area that opens out onto the pool deck, with intracoastal access.

We and our family including 3 grandchildren had a wonderful stay here! The kids were in the pool every day, and the pool and table tennis were also a great hit! The house was massive, so plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone! It was also in a great location and near to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The view at the back of the intercoastal was beautiful! Communication from the management team was immediate. Thank you for renting us this great place!

Incredible!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It had plenty of room, a beautiful backyard with a pool to chill in, and the perfect location to be close to everything, including walking distance to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach HQ!

Large group of lifelong friends were able to spend a wonderful week together at this home! Spacious, clean, lots of towels and no bunks! Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and just a short drive to the grocery! Thanks for the memories!

Happiness is Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to park the car. Lovely property ... absolutely spotless. We used the heated pool as much as we could. Four bathrooms were great for our four lady vacation. There was a problem with the hot water heater that was promptly rectified. Don’t miss Anglin's Square for great restaurants and cocktails ... especially Even Keel. No hesitation in recommending this property for your Lauderdale-by-the-Sea vacation. vacation. . fyiur

Best House Around

Stop searching if you are coming to South Florida book this house, what a beauty! The house was super clean, the pool was amazing we didn't want to leave. The bedding and furniture and Tvs are all high end, no cheap stuff here. The house if fully stocked with everything you need and the location is incredible you are minutes from the beach, restaurants and coffee shops . The property management company was amazing as well, very accommodating, attentive and so polite. We had seniors travelling with us with a late night flight out and they let us have a very late check out to accomodate us. Matt you are great! If ever back in South Florida our family will definitely try to get this property again 5+ stars without hesitation.

Fabulous family vacation in Pompano Beach

The house is beautiful and spacious. They have a lot of sports equipment available for guest to enjoy. The swimming pool is very nice. My whole family enjoyed our stay very much. The property managers were very accommodating. The shopping area is very convenient.

Great location

We loved everything about the property. Sofia was very attentive to two small issues, delivering a new coffee pot within hours and prompt response to a broken pool filter that was replaced within 24 hours. Thank you Sofia! A rather worn out paddle board and beach chairs and lack of adult life vests were our only complaint. We had a wonderful time and would love to return some day.
