The open, lower floor plan enables you to share experiences and create memories with your family, friends and guests. Whether you are entertaining or enjoying a homemade meal with fresh ingredients from the nearby market. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparation, food storage and clean-up.

The living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun or sharing a delicious meal. Sliding glass doors leading to the patio allowing you to enjoy a cool ocean breeze from the couch or dining area as well as screened door to keeps bugs at bay.
The patio is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Caribbean sunshine while overlooking the waterway. Enjoy the outdoor patio area, equipped with a table that seats 4 and 2 sunlounges.

Take your rest to the next level, the master suite with a queen-size bed and refurbished en-suite bathroom located on the second floor. Large sliding glass doors infuse the room with plenty of light throughout the day and lead you to the outdoor balcony with views over the marina.

Take advantage of the opportunity to accommodate extended family, with the second bedroom with a refurbished en-suite bathroom with bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top). To make your stay more enjoyable, there is air conditioning throughout.

Villa 417A is a short golf cart ride from many leisure activities such as bars, restaurants and shops of the vibrant Jolly Harbour Marina. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can easily enjoy the beautiful, secluded North Beach. The marina is also home to a community swimming pool, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course and large grocery store.

We've added self-check-in info which you receive within 3 days of travel and will also send you directly a video walk-through of the property along with the key box code to access the villa keys, to make your check-in smooth and effortless.

We are available throughout your stay should you have any problems or have any questions whatsoever. We can also assist in arranging excursions, car hire etc...

A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities.
Please take care not to misplace or lose the fob, as a replacement fee will apply, and replacements can take some time.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.
