In the heart of the D-Day landing beaches (Gold Beach), this spacious and very bright 30m2 studio is located waterfront just a few meters from the beach! You will stay in a beautiful mansion dating back to 1894 with 3-meter high ceilings, a garden, and private and direct access to the beach.

This apartment features a spacious living room with 3-meter high ceilings, a magnificent sea view overlooking the remnants of the famous Mulberry artificial harbor, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private and secure parking space for your vehicle.

You have a double sofa bed of 160 cm EMMA: a real bed with a thick and high-quality mattress that you can also separate into two single beds. You have a third sleeping option if needed.

The town of Arromanches is 5 minutes away, Bayeux is 15 minutes away, and Omaha Beach is just a 30-minute drive (Port en bessin 12km, Caen 25km, Cabourg 37km, Deauville 50km). A superb base to explore the Normandy region!

Finally, you also have the opportunity to go paddle boarding and land sailing on our beach.

Beautiful apartment in lovely location

Stayed here as a base for visiting WW2 sites. It is on the beach with great views of the Mulberry Harbour remnants. Good restaurant la Baraka and delicious Salon du The in the centre. Highly recommend.

Lovely, quiet spot

Easy check in and communications, hung at the beach at night. Quiet builsing, spooky. Suite was modern with great stocked kitchen. Simple and lovely.

Americans in Normandy

A friend of mine and I were staying 1 night before leaving for a neighboring town where we planned to join 6 others in a bigger house. We had difficulty with this location from the beginning. Uber would not recognize the town of Asnelles. It was listed as a different name. I had difficulty receiving a prompt reply from the owner of the property to help. The address was very difficult to locate. The GPS took us to the opposite end of the drive. The Uber driver was kind enough to help us locate the correct property. We were to look for a smiley face on the key box but the smiley face had disappeared. The property owners eventually responded but only after we managed to figure it all out. We were under the impression we would be sharing a queen bed. The bed was a couch trundle instead. We had to climb a ladder to fetch the bedding so I would not recommend this location to anyone who has balance conditions or leg injuries. The accommodations were clean and intimate. Small studio with the basics. The sound of the ocean was lovely. The location directly on the beach was choice.

Séjour parfait, logement très agréable, bien équipé . La procédure d’arrivée est vraiment claire et la communication optimale. La literie reste de la literie d’appoint mais on le sait quand on loue. Nous sommes très satisfaits et recommandons avec plaisir ce logement .
