Hebergement exceptionel, propreté impeccable, emplacement idéal pour familles

L'hôte est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Elle a tout fait pour que l'on se sente chez nous et c'etait le cas. Le logement se situe à 5 minutes a pieds d'une boulangerie/patisserie, d'un hyper U express et d'une aire de jeux. Nous attendons les prochaines vacances sur ce site .avec impatience!

Great house

We stayed as a family of 4, with two teenagers. Plenty of space for all of us. Children had their own room each and upstairs bathroom. Excellent location for Caen and Bayeux. Clean house with plenty of utensils. Although due to the weather we didn’t sit outside, the garden is very well kept and large. It would be ideal to use in warmer weather. We took our own bedding and towels as these were an extra cost, but this didn’t bother us. We would highly recommend the house and would visit again in the future

Down Memory Lane

We hadn't been to Normandie for some twenty or so years so to find this little gem to stay in was a real bonus. It is well positioned for all the sightseeing hot spots and is a true "home from home", with all mod cons and in a clean and welcoming state. We were particularly taken with the automatic lawn mower. Merci.

Séjour réussi

Ce gite moderne et propre constitue un point central idéal pour visiter les plages du débarquement, le vieux bayeux et sa tapisserie, l’abbaye de Juaye-Mondaye sans oublier les plages près de Cabourg. Merci à nôtre hôte pour son accueil, ses conseils judicieux de visite et sa disponibilité.

Supers échanges avec la propriétaire. Je voulais savoir s'il y avait unr barriere pour enfant pour les escaliers. Elle en a fait mettre une pour notre arrivée. C'est génial. Emplacement au calme, à 20-30min de tout lieu de visite. Les chambres sont munies de volets électriques pour celle du bas, et des stores pour celles du haut. Un point fort pour le sommeil de tout. Cela a permis aussi de garder la maison au frais lors de nos excursions ( nous avons eu de grosses chaleurs) et la maison était bien au frais. Un magasin Uexpress se situe a 3min à pied, ainsi qu'une pompe à essance et une mini plaine de jeux. Une boulangetie et un restaurant ( qui fait à emporter ) se situr à 5min à pied de l autre côté. Les deux sont très bons 😋. Bref, endroit calme et stratégique, propriétaire à l'écoute et plein de conseils pour les visites. A recommander 😉 en tout cas, nous gardons les coordonnées

Zeer mooi huis en ontzettend schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat je op de foto's ziet krijg je. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die zelfs uitlegt geeft wat er allemaal in de omgevjng te doen is. Ons gezin en ik geven alles bij elkaar een dikke 9.

Location propre et agréable. Voisinage très calme. Super U à proximité. très bien placée. Nous avons pu faire les 5 plages sur notre séjour ainsi que cherbourg. Emplacement idéal 1 plage par jour. Bayeux est bcp mieux que Caen. Arromanche très joli mais attention au parking. +++ pour le musée canadien très ludique pour les enfants. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Normandy D Day beaches, Bayeux etc

This property was lovely, spotless and beautifully decorated & provided everything ( & more) than you could wish for, unlike other houses we’ve rented. It was in a quiet residential area, in which we felt very safe. The owners were really welcoming and helpful, providing answers to all our questions about the surrounding places of interest etc. & very patient with my limited French!! It was an ideal base from which to explore the coastal resorts, the landing beaches, museums and, of course the lovely Bayeux, with its famous Tapestry. We didn’t want to leave, and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this again, if the opportunity arose

Nice house good host

Stay was very nice. House was in good conditon easy to find in a quiet area. Close to a supermarket, restaurant and backery. When you want to visit the landing beaches this is the perfect location. also Caen and Bayeux within 15 minutes drive. The host was very friendly and helped with some tips to visit in the area.
