Beware of these guests. They break almost every house rule by ignoring them. They were very destructive causing over $2000 damage to my home. I texted Nicolette 11 times not 15 and every one of them was about breaking the house rules. Or warnings for their own safety after doing damage to my spa and hot tub.. After checkout, Nicolette and her family left a disaster. There were well over 100 flies in the house. The housekeeper swatted many but inevitably needed to spray the house to kill off the rest. I could not figure how all those flies got in the house and it dawned on me to check my power bill for the days they stayed in the home which were more than doubled from the three days previous work temperatures were in the 90s. When they stayed, the temperature was in the high 80s and my electric bill was better than doubled, which led me to believe they had left the door open the entire time they were there with the air-conditioning on . They left a bunch of dishes in the dishwasher and in the sink the kitchen was a total mess counters were disgusting. They left 6 loads of towels over 70 towels when only one load are allowed 10 towels or less. They were instructed to wash towels the night before leaving no more than 10 for the housekeepers in the house rules. They stained all my barstools which cost $400 each and there’s four of them. They stained 3 of my patio furniture cushions. They had water balloons in the pool with broken water balloons all over the floor of the pool, which got into the skimmer and into the filter which needed to be repair and the sand in the filter changed costing over to $1000. There was broken water balloons all over the yard around the pool and even all over my pontoon boat. There was a hula hoop left in the living room that I saw floating around in the pool days before still full of water sitting soaking wet on my carpeting. There was a urine soaked blanket left in the closet in the lower level basement on the floor, which my housekeeper had to throw away and we had to sanitize and clean the carpeting. There were a bunch of wet clothes left in the dresser of the larger king-size bedroom downstairs. Fortunately, my housekeeper saw them before it did untold damage to the dresser wood in the drawer. There were stains in the carpeting, which need to be professionally cleaned There were stains on the sheets and on the mattress pads underneath the sheets on multiple beds. To top it off the high bromine levels caused by Nicolette’s inability to follow directions destroyed my Icare spa monitor costing $649. There were damages to my property over $2000. Nicolette also rented my pontoon boat and did not refuel as directed. The pontoon was lefter dirty as well. She was charged a cleaning fee and a refueling fee after checkout. The only facts that I saw in her review is that she had stayed once before and after the mess they made will not be returning..
