Our stay was very comfortable, quiet, and so conveniently located. The host had everything we needed there, and the instructions for building and unit access were clear and easy to follow. The fireplace was amazing!

You couldn't ask for a more convenient location and the loft is well appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again next time we're in Denver.

The place is spacious for a small family and clean. While the apartment itself was well-maintained, the halls of the building itself were not—they all smelled of either urine or stale marijuana. Communication with the host was difficult and instructions weren’t always clear. We never did find the pool that was advertised to be available and it was the primary reason I chose this place as our granddaughter loves to swim. Parking for the place (we found out only after inquiring) is on the next block and only available once inside the apartment as the parking space is gated and requires the fob left in the apartment upon arrival for access. We parked on the street most of the time a couple hundred feet from the gate to the apartment. Again the apartment was clean and basic amenities were provided. The TV remote did not work but we learned from our son that we could download the Roku app and operate it that way. Check in instructions were provided only after inquiry and check out instructions were never provided despite inquiry.

We attempted to check in late Saturday night. The check in instructions did not coincide with the actual access to the unit. The gate did not have a call box (as specified in the directions), only a card reader. When we were able to get someone to open the gate for us we never found a lockbox. Only locked mailboxes. We made our way to the actual unit but the code in the check in instructions did not work and we never found a key (no lockbox able to be found). We instant messaged the owner via the VRBO app but it was never seen. We called the number but it went to after hours VRBO. Not sure if this was a scam or the instructions were just not accurate. We went to a hotel and placed a claim with VRBO. Very stressful-we were here moving our son to Denver for his first job and were exhausted from the travel from Atlanta and moving all his things. We would have loved to book this rental again in the future when we come visit, but the hotel around the corner ended up costing less and that’s where we will stay in the future.

Girls Denver Trip

This was a great fun place for a girls weekend. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Good AC. Very nice neighbors and complex. Good price and deal. About a mile walk to larimer square and 16th Street and LoDo. Plenty of cheap Uber if you don't want to walk or use the lime scooters.

This was a beautiful apartment in the center of downtown. Very drivable, right by coffee and pizza and restaurants. Everything you need was provided! Great place.

Great neighborhood, great communication

We were in town primarily for a Red Rock show. We loved the vibe of the neighborhood. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome due to the directions being inaccurate/misunderstood/ confusing. Adding to the confusion was the fact that there are 3 doors to enter the complex and the uber drivers drop you off wherever they want. We were dropped off at the wrong door for the check in directions to make sense. Also, there was some confusion with the pool. We learned from a security guard that they were adding secure gates to the pool just in the day or so before our stay, so our host didn't have her key yet. Luckily the community was super friendly and understanding. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area is quite nice. There are fridges and grills for a whole day at the pool. The Safe way is a block or two from the pool so a restock was easy! Overall it was a great stay. The host was super and helpful.
