About this property

On the Beach 2 Bedroom at Las Olas B402

Our condo is located at the end of a 10 mile stretch of a white sand beach. Enjoy incredible views of clear blue water (Costa Azul) from our large double balcony, living room and dining room.
Las Olas has 24/7 gated security, with secure parking for 1 vehicle.
Our maximum occupancy is 4 people
Wake up to beautiful sunrises. We are centered between three of the best surf spots in Baja. Bring or rent a surfboard, we provide a double surfboard locker for your use.
Pool, Jacuzzi, and a sandy beach are right out the door. Walk along the beach for great views and good restaurants. Beach towels are provided.
Our condo is large with plenty of room for a maximum of 4 guests. Leave the doors open and listen to the ocean day and night.
No pets of any kind are allowed at Las Olas. Our condo association does not allow pets or service animals.
Several large supermarkets are a 10 minute drive for everything you will need. Cook in or walk down the beach for your meals.
Las Olas has a water purification system.
Free Wi Fi in our condo, at the pool and in the work out room
San Jose del Cabo (10 min drive) is a great little town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Cabo San Lucas (25 min drive) is larger with more restaurants, shopping, clubs, and people. Day trip to Todo Santos or La Paz.
San Jose airport is 15-20 min away.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all A/C units, lights & fans. Close all windows & sliders.
Return the gate access card to the guards.
Remove belongings from the safe and leave the safe door open for our next guest. Thank you for staying with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 13 or older to use the Jacuzzi.
Please no surfboards in our condo, a board locker is provided. You may bring your own lock or use ours, the combo will be given prior to your arrival.
Renters may have up to 2 guests visit with you during the day. No overnight guests.

Great Cabo stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Las Olas! Beautiful view and surroundings. The owners were very helpful in all respects! Definitely would stay here again if coming to San Jose Del Cabo!

Amazing stay at Las Olas! The unit was fully stocked - I couldn’t believe how well the kitchen was equipped! The view from the balcony is awesome and walking to surf makes it the perfect vacation spot. We enjoy our time and many of the families we met there. A small issue with check-in that Rickie resolved very quickly! Also accommodated our early check in/late check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent surf vacation

Location location. For surfing and the convenience of Zippers restaurant and board rentals is all right there. Place was nice (as advertised) and the owners were responsive and supplied all the info we needed. Plan on returning.

Great condo in a great location

We had a great stay at Las Olas. The location is perfect and has something for everyone. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need for the beach and in the kitchen. The complex is nicely maintained and has a real community feel with everyone around the pool. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time. Condo was great! Many extras provided. Very convenient to Zippers on the Beach and the 7 Seas, which we had good meals at both places. The security at Las Olas is great, and makes you feel very safe. We will be back to visit again.

Lovely condo with all the great amenities When we had questions the owners emailed us right back with help. This is a great beach front property and that is well maintained inside and out. I love waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch to watch the sunrise Cabo is a fun place to see wonderful art galleries and great restaurants.

I had heard about this condo building being directly on three great surf breaks. Rickie and Charlie were fabulous hosts as was their well appointed condo, it has everything you'll need including an awesome location with amazing views of the surf.

Great place for a getaway

The apartment was well-appointed with kitchen supplies, towels and other amenities, but the view is its best feature: overlooking the pool and ocean and hearing the surf. The double balcony is really nice, and the location is great. The only possible drawback is the traffic noise from the bedrooms, but it dies down and we had no problem sleeping. We had a wonderful time on the beach and at the pool, and would definitely stay here again.

Paradise!!

I loved this unit and my favorite thing was the amazing sunrise while having coffee on the balcony. That view will never get old. I also appreciated the flexibility of Rickie and Charlie during check in and check out. The only thing I would change is the mattresses in both rooms, other then that, perfection :)

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

The condo was perfect for our vacation. We have stayed at Las Olas before and it never disappoints. Everything from the comfort of a clean and perfectly decorated condo, to the unbelievable view which was perfect for checking the surf and watching the whales was exactly what we were hoping for. It was convenient having the surfboard storage bin to make things easy going in and out of the water as well. We met really nice and friendly people and are planning our next stay ASAP. The owners of this condo were quick to respond and they have great information on San Jose del Cabo and Cabo in the unit. Highly recommend this condo and location for a vacation any day!

A wonderful unit that was excellent in details & comfort.

The hosts were a superb help in preparation for staying in this condo. Everything was provided for our stay, it was the most completely equipped place that we have ever seen in our many years of travel. 'The property was secure with a manned gate and maintenance of the grounds was great. We did not have a rental car but used uber to get around for eating, shopping, and site seeing. We enjoyed seeing the surfing and other water action right in front of our unit ... including our sunny breakfast mornings.

Fantastic stay at Las Olas!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Rickie’s condo! The condo is tastefully decorated, it has an amazing view of the ocean, and it’s stocked with everything you need. We came for my kids’ spring break and they had a blast in the pool, playing on the beach, and exploring the many coves that are walking distance up the coast. There’s a great restaurant on the beach just one door down from Las Olas, and the grocery store and other excellent restaurants were a short drive away. We liked the casual, laid-back vibe of the condo complex which hosted many surfers — we don’t surf but it was fun to watch them navigate the waves from our spacious balcony. This condo truly had everything we needed and it was in a great location to explore local snorkeling beaches and downtown. We highly recommend!

Amazing View

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was large and one of the best equipped we have stayed in. It was a joy to stay somewhere for change with many condiments and even a stick of butter! There were extra towels and even wash cloths which are rare in the other stripped down rentals. The terrace was large and the pool area nice. We were able to walk to two restaurants. The only issue we had was with the traffic noise. The condo is about 100 ft from the main road and very loud. Especially when the trucks are using their Jake breaks. The bedroom windows face the road and do not keep out the noise. We had to use our white noise app to sleep.

Restful, Pleasant, and Worth Your Vacay Time

First, we were impressed with the lovely location, and the owners' care about any questions we had. Then we were happily surprised that everything promised was 'delivered', so to speak. Some rental condos are not well equipped with actually fully functional kitchen, plumbing amenities, or wifi/tv connectivity. The condo was so clean and had everything we could have needed and then some. You might think it's a bit far from the downtown action, but we had a very reliable driver who picked us up on time, and met us easily at our pickup spots. Be sure to take the drive to Todos Santos for a bit of small village appeal with a lot of history and cultural pride. We felt safe our entire visit. The beach is easily accessed and the pool has plenty of space to spread out and relax in the sun. Love the little artsy touches all around the condo, and the area in general. We give the stay 5 stars! ¡Muchas Gracias, R & C!

A home away from home

All the previous reviews are accurate and we echo their praises! Las Olas condo B402 was a home away from home with everything we needed and more. Things you may find helpful to know: Uber was very easy to use for getting around. Whale Watch Cabo treated us so well on our whale watching excursion. The road noise for sleeping was not as bad as you may think, we used a noise app that drowned out nearly all of it. The owners have thought of everything you need, supplies and all! We loved getting fresh fish from the fish truck that stopped by the parking lot and cooking a few dinners at the condo. We loved walking to Zippers to enjoy drinks and apps. Farm to table restaurants - Tamarindos and Flora Farms - were stunning. Highly recommend. We brought binoculars to be able to see the whales from the balcony and were so glad we did. The whales were swimming by every day. The grounds of the condo are expertly maintained and gorgeous. The other owners we met were welcoming and kind. Such a perfect family getaway for us. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
