Mykonos Bay Resort at Zippers Surf Break

Our home is a corner unit (404A) 2-bed 2-bath that is located on the 4th floor at Mykonos Beach Resort allowing for breathtaking views of the entire Costa Azul beach and bay. Enjoy the view from either of two balconies or watch the surf break, Zippers, from your living room though large windows that frame Zippers beach and Palmilla point. This unit features beautifully done upgrades throughout to give a modern and functional style to the home. Ocean front cozy and spacious condominium walking distance to restaurants and 4-5 minute Uber into San Jose’s lively downtown art area. Full kitchen should you decide to dine in. Tours and sport rentals available from numerous concierge service providers in the area. Information and guide available in our personal guide located in the condo. Mykonos Bay condos offer 3 oceanfront pools (2 heated). The 25 meters long unheated pool is perfect or swimming laps while the larger heated pool is also long enough for laps. A hot tub, fire pit and lots of lounging areas, all with a great view and direct access to the beach are shared with only 72 units. Gated and secure grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. A spacious, well equipped gym overlooks the ocean with outdoor training areas. Tennis and Pickle-ball too. Fully wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. We met the housekeeper as we arrived before check-in time, she was lovely, gave us some towels so we could wait by one of the spectacular beachside pools. The place was spotless. Easy drive to a fantastic grocery store and to swimmable beaches.

Great place in Mykonos

We have been coming to Mykonos for over 20 years and love it! The host was amazing - she even let us check in early since we were already staying on property at a different unit. The condo was clean and beds were really comfy. Great views from decks and kitchen. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Mykonos is a special place.

A great find!

This was such a great place and location! If you're thinking about booking here, don't hesitate! I've stayed north and south of this location and this is by far the best! The beach is level with the building and you don't have to walk down a cliff to get to it. It's a walkable beach and it's great to watch the surfers. Also an easy walk along the beach to grab a bite at Zippers or Pescadito Break. Walk along the road for a quick bite at Agave and also easy to get across the street to get to the bakery via Krystal Grand next door. The unit itself is nicely appointed with everything you need.for a vacation. Clean and comfy beds! Loved the guacamole, chips and local beer as a welcome treat! The views from the unit are unmatched! I just can't say enough good things about this place and am alreay planning my return visit. No where else would i rather stay!

Great views and location to every thing you need.

The resort is very quiet and never crowded. We loved seeing the whales spouting from our. Patio. The owner left fresh salsa and guacamole upon our arrival! We highly recommend for couples and families.

Awesome spot

The place was awesome. This was our first time to Cabo and this property was a great location. We had several friends also get vrbos at this same location so we could all be together for a wedding and it was amazing! Property owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend!

Great beachfront experience

Nice property, quiet and relaxed vibes. Sunrises are spectacular. The beach is great for long walks and swimming in the ocean is possible on less windy days. The property is very comfortable and well stocked. It would have been nice to have cosier furniture on the outside decks to enjoy the ocean views and breezes earlier in the day and later in the evening. Not much hot water when showering, but not really a problem. The lap pool and spa pools on the property are very clean and provide a great way to swim if the ocean is too wavy.

Great condo, amazing views, very comfortable

An excellent getaway spot. End unit condo which made for the best views. Quiet property which was great for relaxing and reading by the pool. We both had to work remotely and the condo had plenty of space for us. Would definitely book again.

Great Condo

Very nice condo, beautiful grounds, convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants using Uber. Uber pickup usually within 3 minutes, unless they couldn't find our location, usually when downtown. Owners quickly responsive to questions/ problems. Beautiful sunrises from the bed in master bedroom. Very hot end of Sept. unless by the water where there was a nice breeze. Would stay here again. Great restaurants. Would stay here again.

Perfect in every way

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located with gorgeous beach views. We had a question on one of the light controls and received an immediate reply. The tv allowed for streaming and the parking was easily accessible. Great experience and would definitely rent again.

Great surf spot and beautiful views

Mykonos Bay Resort is situated on one of the quietest and cleanest beaches and is walking distance into town and resorts. Close to San Jose del Cabo center and a short drive into Cabo San Lucas. Renting a car is suggested, but not needed. It is UBER friendly and fairly inexpensive. Top choice grocery store options are a 5 minute drive as well as plenty of restaurants within 5 miles. Condo is set up with digital key lock for contactless entry. It is fully gated and secure throughout the day and night. Friendly staff onsite.

Our condo is unique in that its a 4th level corner unit with spectacular views of the entire bay and views past it into the east cape and Cabo San Lucas. You will enjoy quiet sunrises, yes we face east, as well as spectacular night skies. The nights are starry and often flooded with firework shows from the nearby resorts. You will watch children playing on the shore, friends floating together further out, and surfers to the right. We are happy to share our surf boards upon request. There is a swim up bar for personal use as well as dining tables around the pool. Our kitchen is fully equiped for cooking and the laundry room has what you need to wash and clean or we can provide a cleaning service for a nominal fee. We look forward to having you.
