Camila Residence (House Nº 10) located in the hard of the Hotel Zone, is one of exclusive properties in a condominium with private pool, with an excellent decoration and environment. With a waterfall, jet tubes, bar, TV and a fantastic sundeck, will be your place to have an excellent vacation with your friends and family.
The Villa is 3660 sq ft, in 3 levels, composed of a living room, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (2 master suites), all with full bathrooms and individual air conditioning. Living room and dining room decorating with high level furniture's, leather coaching, table glass, etc..
The condominium offers 24 hour security, 2 pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis & basketball courts and beautiful tropical gardens. Located within walking distance to shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza) night clubs, restaurants, marinas, supermarket, running track, bus stop, and taxis.

A short stay, but a great vacation.

Overall stay was great. Our host, Daniel and Marianne was superb. A great location with restaurants nearby, a short walking distance. The spiral stairwell and walking could be challenging for the elderly guest or medical conditions. Would recommend for a great vacation. Bring your own chairs for the Beach that was a short walking distance away. Shopping was a distance away, need transportation.

So close to the Beach, amazing pool!

Communication with Daniel was so easy. He answered all my questions and booked airport transport. The house and pool were amazing! The house has bath and beach towels! If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is kind of small, but has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The jug of water was a nice surprise for when we arrived aso we didn't immediately need to buy bottled water. I wasn't sure where to procure more toilet paper, so we bought it from the store, but otherwise the visit was seamless! was

Cancun villa

Very nice stay. Each family had their own bathroom. The 2 pools on the property were small and perfect for the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and very nice. Daniel was a great host and answered all our questions promptly.

Amazing Week in Cancun

The house was perfect for our group of 12 on Spring Break! Marianne helped to coordinate a catamaran/snorkeling tour that was the highlight of our trip. Also, make sure to take advantage of the chef cooking for you. The meal was amazing! I would definitely recommend this for large groups going to Cancun. Perfect location, wonderful staff to interact with and beautiful home!

Excellent!!

We had a wonderful experience. The communication superb and Daniel went above and beyond to see to our comfort. He even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. The security guards are continually helpful and friendly. Marianne was amazing in setting up excursions (even when I reached out last minute!). I highly recommend booking. You won’t regret it!

Pictures don’t do it justice

I just want everyone to know that Daniel is AWESOME! I actually started planning this trip almost a year ago for my 40th birthday. The private pool with the waterfall was the first picture I saw and I was sold. I immediately contacted him and peppered him with questions (A LOT), in which he answered them all. I booked it and the process was seamless. When we arrived, the entry process was simple, everyone was nice. The entire house is amazing, the pictures were totally accurate but just being inside of it gave off rest/peace and relaxation vibes. The views off the balconies were gorgeous. Beach access not even 5 minutes away. Stores right next door as soon as you walk out the gate. Shoutout to Erick and Jerry, our chefs for 2 days, recommended by Daniel. Also, thanks to his wife Marianne for getting us the tickets to Xcaret Park!!

*****Please do not waste your money staying at this villa ****

When we arrived we noticed that there was mold on the tiling of the 1st floor shower. There was an ant problem in the bath room and in the kitchen. In Cancun you're prohibited from drinking the water so the residence had a water dispenser. The dispenser was broke, which caused the jug of water to be hot. The place charges you a day rate for electricity, which is ridiculous. Two days into our stay the air conditioning went out on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the unit. We schedule a 5 day trip, so 3 of the days we were in the villa without Air Conditioning. It turns out that a fuse blew and In the summer it's 91 degrees daily. I contacted the property manager in updated him on the issue when it initially occurred and he notified me that he would come out to the property to address it in person within an hour. He never showed up. When I emailed him again he made up an excuse about the security guard on site stating that we weren't in the unit because we left out to go to the beach. We traveled with 10 people so someone was always there at the residence. Also, the owner of the property should always have a key. We didn't need to be in the villa for him to fix his own air conditioning unit. Apparently electricity cost a lot of money in Cancun Mexico. The owner was just trying to save money and neglected to resolve any issues. You want to know what day he arrived to fix the AC? You guessed it, the last day of our stay as we were departing to the airport. Poor customer service, no one came to drop off simple amenities such as toilet paper. He could've at the very least provided fans. Save yourself the trouble and rent from another owner. It's not worth it!!

We had a great stay ! The place was spacious , clean, and equipped. The location is perfect to get to different attractions. Convenient store and a great taco place in walking distant. Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access available but a decent walk.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

Amazing home

I visited cancun with a group of family members and we loved the house. The space is great for up to 12 people and they have everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is packed with essentials and they have laundry machine which is very convenient. It can get a little warm inside the house but they have AC units in every room and also in the kitchen/living room area. Daniel the host was very attentive, communication was easy and he was also very flexible. I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for a bigger group

We loved staying in this lovely home. It was an accurate reflection of the listing. It was nice to have a restroom per bedroom. We loved the common spaces. Overall a great place to stay. Super close to the ocean! Highly recommend it!!!

Family Vacay/Matt’s Graduation Celebration!

Our condo was awesome! Very clean and had just about everything we needed. It also has a washer and dryer which made it nice not having to go back home with loads of laundry. Plenty of room and the back patio personal pool was just what we all needed after a hot day outdoors! Highly recommend!!

Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.

Cancun Hotel Zone

The property was exactly as described. Daniel responded quickly to any questions we had. The site was secure and well maintained. The private pool was perfect to cool off in. The security guards were friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a hike to the beach; but well worth it! There was a lot of noise from the neighboring resorts and the exterior walls had little soundproofing. We did not realize when we booked it that we would not be able to access any of the nearby resorts; all were private and would not allow access to restaurants or bars. It was easy to get taxis or shuttles. We walked to nearby small markets and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place with a large group.

Not close enough to the beach. Pool always cold as it gets no sun. Spiral staircases difficult for older adults. All other amenities where fine.

Luxury Condo Experience

Our group loved the property and all the amenities - especially the private pool! We were very close to the beach, bus stop, and some great restaurants. I highly recommend the short walk to Don's - it was our groups favorite lunch stop. There are some very close convenience stores, which were great for stocking up on the basics. Our only issue during our stay was not with the property but with it's location to the hotel nearby. A couple nights during our stay the hotel next door had a pump truck outside for about 3 hours running the pump. It was a very loud drone for several hours in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the only people awakened were the ones on the upper floor close to the entrance. Daniel and Marianne were very communicative and accommodating for our group, and we felt like we had everything we needed for our stay.
