5 Star Private Beach front Beautiful Villa only steps from the Ocean

Beach front Villa that is part of a 28 Villa gated community that has lovely tropical grounds, pool, 2 shade Pergolas and only steps from the beach and ocean. Virtually everything in the villa is new. This villa features full living room space with flat screen TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 downstairs bathrooms. 2nd level has two bedrooms, each with private bath, terrace and flat screen TV. One bedroom overlooks the lagoon that has two beds, one double and one twin with a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd level has a queen bed with a terrace that overlooks the beautiful aqua blue/green water of the Caribbean and a private bathroom. From the 2nd level you go to the 3rd level where the master bedroom overlooks both the Caribbean and the Lagoon. The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV and large master bathroom with walk in shower. The villa includes two private parking space, 24-hour a day security, washer and dryer, flat screen TV's, WIFI, and Air conditioning in each room operated independently for your personal comfort . Miriam, our on-site property manager, will meet you the day you arrive and help you with any questions you have. This villa has 2,700 square feet of living space for your enjoyment with friends and/or family and only 50 steps to the pool and 100 steps to the beach.
Villa Nizuc is located on the South End of the Hotel Zone. We are conveniently located near many wonderful restaurants, two golf courses, a walking path for morning walks, snorkeling just a short walk down the beach and several convenient stores and grocery stores.
Our villa is perfect for family gatherings, friends that gather for fun in the sun and want to stay in a home atmosphere and not a hotel with crowds of people.
One Cleaning service in the middle of the week with Fresh towels is included in the price.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The host was incredible, and super helpful before and during our stay. Recommendations for massages and a chef were a huge hit with our family. The location was great and the pool area was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The condo was located in a great area. Miriam was a wonderful host and met us at condo when we first arrived. Her and her associate were very responsive when we requested the skillets be replaced due to scratches/wear. They brought us a grill and put together for us to use while we were there. We noticed later some pots and pans were very scratched and needs replacing as well as a rusty strainer. Would be helpful to others renting this beautiful condo to mention the many stairs it has and may be helpful to others to put down non slick rugs in the kitchen step down through to the family room two steps as well. Overall, the grounds were well kept, gated parking lot, security was friendly, the pool was heated which was great as it gets a little chilly when the sun goes down this time of year. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Miriam.

Excellent in every respect - the property was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and Miriam was incredible, as was Chef Mar who cooked for us for 3 nights. The lifeguards and security guards were great as well and were careful with baby turtles and helping them find their way to the water! There was a fair bit of seaweed on the beach and in the water, but that was beyond the control of the property. Everything within the control of the villa and the staff was fantastic - 5 stars all the way!

Had a great stay. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, it was quiet, felt safe, and had a bust outside running down the strip every 5 minutes. On red flag days, you can walk about 9 minutes down the beach to club med and swim in an area that is protected and calmer. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, it would be great if there were more.

Miriam’s service, attentiveness, care, and communication was top notch. She met us at the property, showed us around, gave us all the touristy tips and then was still very helpful the entire time we were there. The property was perfect for our needs with 2 older teens who appreciate their own space. Access to the pool and beach was amazing. We never felt more safe while staying there too. Don’t hesitate to book with Miriam. (She was even available for questions/texts after we checked out, thank you!)

Very clean and well managed property. Beautiful location right on the beach. Never had an issue that wasn't handled quickly. Condo was as advertised and very nice had everything we needed. Felt very safe with guard at the gate and people watching the beach side would definitely come back.

Our family spent a little over a week in this wonderful condo. All of the other reviews were correct about how nice it is and private. Only a few others by the pool the week after Easter, and Miriam and the security staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!
