Enjoy your gulf access waterfront paradise in quaint Saint James City, Florida. A beautiful community to bask in the sunshine, enjoy some fishing, hike a trail in the Galt preserve or enjoy dinner and music at local restaurants, just minutes away.
2 Kayaks and 2 bikes for your use to explore or fish. Enjoy the beautiful warm Florida day & catch breath taking sunsets from the dock. You may even catch some Manatees or Dolphins hanging out in our back yard.

Wonderful time!!

We had a great time. The place was beautiful- right on the canal as the pictures showed. We had access to kayaks which ended up being the thing we enjoyed most. Life jackets were made available to us with the elderly people involved we wanted the security of having them. Bikes were available too. The kitchen was well appointed. There were 4 tvs in the place. Everything was great!!

nicest place on Pine Island!

This. is by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in on Pine Island. And we have stayed in many. It is spotless, beautifully decorated and has every thing you could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch for sunsets and drinks in the evening. There is a tiki hut also! The beds are dreamy and the decor is fantastic. There are kayaks and a nifty launch pad too! Lauren was so nice and was always available to communicate with. Be sure to go to Tarpon Lodge for the best meal and view on the island. ask for the porch seating! Thank you again, Lauren for making our stay perfect!

Takes an hour plus to go anywhere. Nothing to do unless you fish.

Please keep Everything clean. You will lose your deposit if you have pets, get the sheets dirty. Owner has cameras on property. We kept the home clean and communication with her at all times, would not advise going here.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood, after visiting friends, who are are just a few blocks over. It was love at first sight, and we quickly started our search for a home away from home. The sense of community in Saint James City, just resonates that small town feeling amongst the neighbors and locals. This was further proven just 45 days after we purchased, when category 5 hurricane Ian, devastated the South West Florida region. It was a tough loss, but the way the community rallied and came together, filled our hearts and carried us thru the next stage of rebuilding.

What makes this property unique

So here we are, after Hurricane Ian, we finally finished rebuilding our little piece of paradise. This time, we poured our hearts and souls into this home. Working hard on the details in hopes that you too feel right at home.
