Direct access to the golf waters out of St James City for the avid fishermen looking for the ultimate fishing experience.
Close to the 1000 islands, Captiva, Sanivel, Punta Rassa, Matlacha, and Many more. Bars restaurants and night attractions on the island, 15 minutes away from Matlacha with even more night attraction, restaurants, bars, and live music.
The house is the perfect location to indulge yourself in a relaxing weekend paradise, with a spacious house with a beautiful waterfront dock, sit back and enjoy the crossing of manatees, dolphins, and many of our Wildlife species.

Cast a line and surprise yourself caching mangrove snappers, snooks, barracudas, and many others.
jump on a kayak or a paddle boat and explore away the canal system.
You got bicycles and a golf cart to ride around cherry states and saints James city remember to change the golf cart so it will always be ready for your needs.

The property has a security camera system covering the property perimeter and the pool spa area, under Any circumstance aren’t the guest allowed to tamper with the security system.

Enjoyed our stay despite the chilly weather. Made us appreciate the hot tub (which is massive) even more. Caught fish in the canal which made my husband and son happy.

Very relaxing place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and very close to a couple of great restaurants. Fishing off the back dock was fun. Also had a few manatees come buy. There was a golf cart but we could not find a key for it so could not use it. The hot tub is nice. It is huge if you happen to have a large group. Was just my wife and I so was not relevant. But would definitely recommend the home if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great fishing spot

This spot was great for the fisherman in our family. From the moment we arrived, their poles were in the water! They caught she had grouper and many other species. We were lucky enough to see a dolphin out playing in the canal and many many manatees. The kids loved the kayaks and our family enjoyed utilizing the four seater golf cart. Our whole family loved the Jacuzzi that was big enough to swim in! The downsides were the bunk bedroom was very small with no closet. And the dogs didn’t have any grass around the location to use the bathroom. Overall, this place is an awesome fishing location and our family enjoyed the stay… And Instacart delivers here too.

Super hot tub!

Property is well maintained and clean, and has a lot of fun extras. There was a hurricane there last fall and most homes in the area were affected. We noticed that there were some electrical outlets not working, and quite a few light bulbs are burned out, but nothing that created a problem. We really enjoyed the hot tub/spa, kayaks, and fishing off of the dock. We saw lots of wildlife - a family of manatees visited a few times, mullet fish jumping right out of the water, bald eagles and pelicans fishing right off the dock. Construction to repair the bridge to the island created some long delays at times, you need to time coming and going from the island. The construction should be completed soon though so it might not be an issue going forward. Overall it was an excellent vacation rental.

Beautiful, peaceful

Beautiful property in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood. It was perfect for a quiet get away! Extremely clean, very nicely decorated. Most comfortable bed we've ever slept on away from home. Truly felt like home away from home. Everything was as the pictures show and the listing states and more.

Loved Little Paradise

We stayed at Little Paradise in St. James City for the month of February. It was very clean, spacious and exactly as pictured in the listing. The lagoon in the back was so beautiful and we saw manatees swim by a couple of times. We also caught lots of fish from the back deck. The huge jacuzzi was fun, especially when watching the Super Bowl. The restaurants nearby were very good. Although there is still plenty of devastation left behind by Hurricane Ian, Pine Island is recovering nicely. We drove up to Bokeelia and took a boat ride over (with Matlache Boating Adventures) to Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key and would highly recommend that trip. Found plenty of beautiful shells, even better than at Sanibel Island. The host was quick to respond to the small issues we experienced. Although there are no beaches nearby, there is a nice community pool that's open to everyone for a very small fee. We would definitely return to this lovely spot.

Peace and Quiet

Little Paradise was a charming place on the water. If you are looking for a nice, quiet spot to rest and relax, this is your place! My favorite spot on the property was watching football in the spa with an cold beverage in hand. The place was extremely clean and Luis was amazingly responsive. Our first night there, the golf cart got a flat tire while we were exploring the neighborhood. My wife notified Luis that evening, so he wouldn't be surprised. He came over that evening and stayed until midnight changing the tire so my family could enjoy the golf cart the next morning. You really don't see service like that anywhere. The kitchen is beautiful and there is plenty of seating throughout for large families. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Awesome home for our vacation

Check in was easy, home was clean and well stocked with the amenities needed. Hot tub/infinity pool was great to relax in after fishing each day. Grill out on patio was perfect to cook for the family. Had a small issue with the hot water heater and the owner was awesome and came by within a few hours and had it fixed perfectly for us. Great place and host. Definitely recommend 💜

Great place!!

Great spot to stay, we did a lot of fishing. Caught some nice mangroves off the dock. Very sad to see the destruction on the island. Thanks guys great stay.

Water World

Luis was great to work with, the property was spotless and clean. Having the 2 kayaks available was nice, just got to be careful getting on them from the ladder. The paddle boat was ok- but heavy and not easy moving back out of the water. The pool was great though and having the TV out there was nice. The kids loved it! The outside freezer is perfect for bait and end extra frozen food. The kitchen layout is superb! The beds were extremely comfortable as was the couches. There were nice chairs on the dock and a table with chairs too... and at night time the underwater fish lights make it really cool. The water pressure is great inside and out! Not much grass in the area for dogs, since much of the neighborhood is garden rock, concrete and/or blacktop pavement... but if you like to fish and/or have a boat- you are in "paradise"... And if you want to rent a boat, Monroe Canal, their Marina is nice. The kids loved the 3 wheeler at the house. The golf cart is really good for 1 or 2 people, so for our group of 6 we didn't use it but a couple times with 2 or 3 people. The house worked out well for our group of 6- with 2 adults and 4 kids we all had a place to sleep nicely. The view out the living room is awesome! The Pine Island Tackle shop nearby is good too. Froggies has the pool tables. Use the kayaks at the house to explore and fish the mangroves, even at the dock we were reeling in grouper, snook, and snapper. We took our own tackle, but having the extra rod and reels at the house made it so everyone can fish. It's about an hour drive to Sanibel, however by a boat you can be there in much less time. There's lots of small mom and pop restaurants on Pine Island. Get your groceries on the way in at Publix or Winn Dixie- there's no gas stations by the house either- you don't need them. St James City is a "small drinking town with a fishing problem". Great place and friendly locals! We thoroughly enjoyed it and its worth the stay and visit. We
