One Stop Shop

Comforts of home-two refrigerators, two stoves, a dishwasher and washer/dryer! Plenty of room for a family to stretch out…dock is loaded with fish, manatees and we even saw pods of dolphins and a sting ray swam by! For those who have Shipt, Target delivers! The neighborhood is quiet, clean and very well kept! You can tour it with the golf cart that’s provided! The Tranquility Villa exceeded our expectations and it will exceed yours too! The host was very responsive and accommodating! Look no farther, this is the place for you!

Wonderful stay

As usual we had a great stay at Tranquility Villa. The house and location are wonderful. House is clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. We love to come to Pine Island and the house is part of what makes the trip so enjoyable.

Excellent location for a fishing outing. Clean, comfortable for 4 adult men on a fishing outing for a couple of days. Room for 2 boats with 1 on a lift and another moored at the dock. Pool in the PM after fishing all day was excellent.

A Hidden Gem

The home exceeded all expectations. Very open floor plan with plenty of room. It is much larger than pictures shown. Home is well equipped for whatever you need. We have rented many properties over the years & this is by far the most well equipped. Very quiet & private, screened porch was used daily. Definitely will return. The ease of working with the host is the best we’ve encountered.

Relaxation Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed every day. Our contact was amazing to work with. He took care of every question or need immediately. We loved the wildlife. Manatees and baby. Porpoises just about everyday. Fishing was great. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Many great restaurants very close. We would love to come back again. Thanks for everything Luis

Amazing place to stay

This property listing is very underrated. The property manager is very easy going and easy to get a hold of. They have anything you could think of needing there. The hot tub is the size of a small pool and you can’t beat the sunset views.

Very nice

Stayed here for four nights with husband and two small pups. Nice, walkable neighborhood with friendly people. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The primary bathroom shower is nice and strong and heats quickly. The kitchen and living room are spacious. The primary bed was very comfortable. The screened in porch was nice but the screen had tears which allowed mosquitoes and no seeums to enter. I got very bit up - word to the wise- take bug spray and use it liberally! We enjoyed having the golf car and the pool spa. Four nights was just enough time here as there are not a ton of things to do in Saint James City. We enjoyed our stay!

The pictures and descriptions just don't do this home justice:). My family and I had a wonderful time here. The golf cart was fun and my boys enjoyed the pool/ jacuzzi. The outside was just a perfect a the inside.

Fabulous

This is our third time staying at the property and we had another great time. The house is clean, spacious and full of great amenities. Location is also wonderful. We brought our boat and spend a few days enjoying the Gulf waters. I’m sure we will be back again in the future!

Fourth stay at this property!

What can we say that we haven’t said before? This place is the best! Roomy, clean, convenience combined with very responsive hosts. The outdoor living area/bath/kitchen is a great bonus area. Inside is bright, cheery, and exceptionally clean. The oversized jacuzzi is perfect for after boat cooking off and lounging. The boat lift is very convenient. Kayaks, pedal boat, and fishing from the seawall offer all the water sports you could ask for. Convenient to many restaurants, and sandbars. Fishing in the area is amazing. Thank you again Trens family. We appreciate you and your amazing property.

One of my favorite vacation's ever!

Three adults in our party 50 plus. We loved this place! The kitchen has lots of stuff to cook with and a gas stove inside and outside. Two refrigerators with ice and water on the door. That made my day as we are big ice water consumers. The house is huge and the two main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so that was nice for privacy. It is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of the time outside on the screened in porch when we were not out fishing. There is a tv and full kitchen out there. We cooked inside just because the kitchen inside is so nice. The spa tub was my favorite to be in at sunset and soak in the beauty. Lots of wildlife in the water of the canal and bird watching. They have a huge amount of waterfront being on the corner. It was very peaceful. The boat lift was awesome for us and the boat ramp is close by. The golf cart was fun for a quick trip to the store. There is a very nice fresh fish store there also with lots of yummy looking stuff. If you need fishing tackle there is a nice store for that also. We found some amazing spots to fish or beach it. It’s amazing how the island has recovered from the hurricane. This place is Tranquility!

This property did not disappoint. Spacious and clean accommodations. Easy access to the bay and the fishing was great. We saw manatees and a tarpon in the canal by the boat lift. We would definitely book this place again!

Best vacation ever!

We absolutely fell in love with this property! Luis and his family thought of everything! So well equipped, so comfortable. Access to canal for fishing was great. So peaceful and quiet. Restaurants a short golf cart away if we wished to eat out or go out for a drink. Bait shops were very close. Grocery and produce just a short car ride. This was definitely our most relaxing vacation! See you next year! Carol
