Welcome to the Family Matters Airbnb nestled in the picturesque town of Spearfish, South Dakota. This home was bought to spend time family. The owner wants other families to be able to spend time with their loved ones as they do when they are here visiting loved ones. This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a warm and comfortable retreat for your stay in the Black Hills region.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. The living area is a cozy haven, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby attractions or for having your friends and family over for a family dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Modern appliances and ample counter space make it a joy to cook a beautiful meal. The adjacent dining area is ready with a table for 5 and two stools. For the little ones there is a camping style highchair.

With three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, the home ensures a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms are well-appointed, offering convenience and comfort for all guests. The overall furnishings of the house aim to create a serene and welcoming environment.

On the day of arrival, you will be sent a unique door code to an electronic smart lock that is active during your stay.

Someone is available for messages, phone calls, or text messages between 7am-7pm. After 10pm we have someone available for emergencies but you will need to call us as we may not see your message until morning.

There is street parking in front of the house, a garage and outdoor parking with access from the alley.
House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.

Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only, with one-time pet fee of $75. No cats, birds, rabbits, etc.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is good for 8 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
