Lovely townhome. Walking distance to Old Town Arvada. Comfy beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen with kitchen items for cooking. Very clean and well kept.

Nice little place

This a nicely remodeled apartment. It was very clean and everything seemed to be in working order. Just note that there are three beds but only two bedrooms and one and a half baths.

Communication with hosts was excellent. The home was very clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The barn door on the bathroom has been replaced, so no privacy issue. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The location worked perfectly for us, and we appreciated the off-street, reserved parking spots.

Kenney Chesney concert

This is the perfect location if you have plans down town. There are a bunch of nice restaurants and bars close by in Arvada. The house was clean and very comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with before and after our trip. Ryan checked on us to make sure we were checked in and to see if there was anything we needed. We would stay again,

Nice place, kitchen well stocked, clean. Outdoor space-nice. Owner was excellent with communication. However, The listing said 3 bathrooms on the second page-there’s only 1 bathroom with a shower & 1 just a powder room. 4 adults had to share 1 bathroom. The pillows were crazy hard and sheets the kind that make you sweat all night (polyesters) beds were pretty comfortable. Furniture- all super uncomfortable-no table to play cards or eat. We wanted a Vrbo to have a place for family gatherings. Traveling with adult kids-it was disappointing.

Cute home in okay neighborhood

The owners were great to work with and overall the home was nice. Minor inconveniences were: a) prior renter lost the remote to the ceiling fan and owner was very responsive and apologetic. We just have trouble sleeping without a fan going. b) Also, the barn door on the upstairs bathroom was a bit strange; there was a gap on each side we could fit our hands through, so lacked a little privacy. c) We appreciated the air fresheners and thought it was a nice scent but they were very strong. We put them away in a closet to reduce the scent. Outside of the property: We liked the close proximity to the main downtown. I would not stay in Arvada again after seeing the area, but this in no way reflects on the owners. I would work with them if they had other properties.

This place was perfect for our family of four! We enjoyed walking to Olde Town daily. I also appreciated the quick communication and follow up’s from the owners. We would definitely stay here again.
