This newly constructed, stylish townhouse comfortably hosts up to 6 guests and offers a peaceful stay in one of Arvada’s quietest neighborhoods. (Approximately 1600ft2.)

Location: Have fun with the whole family/friends at this stylish townhouse a stone throw from Colorado Tap House with Food Truck and Ralston Creek Trail. 10 minute drive to downtown Golden or North Table Mountain (hiking & Mountain biking), 15 minutes to Old Town Arvada. 20 min to Red Rocks Amphitheater. 20 min to either Boulder/Denver.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for home-cooked meals, and relax in a thoughtfully designed living area. Whether you’re exploring the Ralston Creek Trail just outside your door, unwinding at the Colorado Tap House, or heading to nearby majestic Rocky Mountains, this prime location offers the best of both worlds.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was great to visit our son who attends Mines in Golden. The property was just as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. The host was great and very communicative. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!

This was such a perfect home in Arvada Colorado. Near all of the things you need and places you want to go in Colorado. The host was amazing and the house was exactly how it looks. Thank you! Will definitely stay again

Great location. Nice for walks and bike rides. Very clean/new. Host is nice and responsive. The neighborhood construction was a little disappointing upon arrival, but we adapted. Would like to stay here again.

Nice place. Very clean. Comfortable quarters. Just as the host said, nearby construction is noisy. The construction across the street begins early and makes parking a challenge.

This unit was comfortable and spotless!! The area is a delight to walk around with a gem Tap House within walking distance as well as a nice walking trail. There is some construction across the street which the owners let us know about well ahead of time, which we appreciated so much. We were in and out a lot and it never bothered us. We had everything we needed and the owner was fast to respond to any messages. We will definitely stay here if ever in the area again! 5 all the way!!!

We stayed here a couple times while we were in the Denver area for an extended period. One of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed at. Place was perfect with all the amenities and everything new and clean. Nothing more is needed as they have everything to cook with and in a great West Arvada location close to a nice walking path and close to outdoor hiking locations and Golden. Host is amazing and quick to respond for anything that you might have a question on. Check-in and checkout easy and a place we will definitely stay at again.

Great host! The place had every amenity that one would need for a super comfortable and peaceful stay. Kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Great location next to a really nice walking path and Red Silo coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay!
