Beautiful home! I like the thought that was put into all the convenient amenities in the home that made the stay even better! Love the guest reminders posted on the walls as wall, made checkout easy and everyone had access to rules and expectations.

Over all great stay but it was unfortunate that the jacuzzi did not work, the light to the pool did not work and the WiFi did not work, we did have little difficulty with the garage door and front door but loved the place it was very comfortable for me and my family

The house was very nice, spacious, had alot of amenities. Smells fresh, very close to the beach, AC works great, everything we needed was available at the house. Only issue we had was the internet connecting to watch TV/Apps. But that was not a big deal as we were gone majority of the time. I would definitely rent again, and recommend to others.

Great location! The house is a little dated, and the pots and pans were old and everything we cooked ended up sticking to the pans. The pool light did not work, so swimming at night was not ideal, we only had porch light, which was not great. Other then those issues, great place and location.

Great place!

We had a great stay in SPI. There were some minor inconveniences with the washer and dryer and a little bit of poor communication with the owner regarding the inconveniences but everything was taken care of! It was a great neighborhood and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay overall. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the kitchen being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient, especially for someone using a walker. Also, the pool and jacuzzi had a very strong chlorine smell, which made it difficult to enjoy. We were hoping it would improve by the second day, but unfortunately, it remained overpowering throughout our stay.

Family Getaway

Great stay and great location to the beach, grocery and liquor stores. Only issue with our family is we had small children. The house has very steep stairs. We managed okay but a baby gate would be helpful. Firework show was a perfect view from our balcony. I will definitely visit this house again.

Great house and location. But most importantly, Laura was very responsive. We definitely would book again. The house was clean, pool and hot tub were clean. The kitchen was stocked with basics but you will need to bring your own spices and foil if you’re cooking. The location is great!!! The beach access is across the street. They have 2 decent beach chairs we used.

Short getaway

Property was clean, and is located in a central location. Grocery srore is at the end of the street and the beach is a 5 min walk away. Miss Garcia is great no issues whatsoever.
