We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. It was just a short walk to the beach and Wanna Wanna, which made it incredibly convenient.We stayed over the Fourth of July, and while the island was busy and full of excitement, having such a wonderful place to come back to made the trip even better. The host was great, and everything was just as described.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in South Padre Island.

Everything was Great from the Booking, Staying and Leaving. The Host was very reliable and quick in contacting him with any questions-which is always a plus. The Townhouse was exactly how it was portrayed on VRBO (very clean too). We Loved the quick walk to the Beach, less than 10 minutes; the Swimming Pool was great too nice and refreshing. Definitely would stay again; will recommend to Family and Friends the Townhouse.

Great location and it was priced right. Convenient half a block walk to the beach. Much better deal than staying at a hotel or resort considering the space you have. Nothing fancy, and ultimately you’re there for the beach and entertainment of the island. It fit our needs perfectly. Host was responsive and helpful.

This was the perfect location. It was close to shopping and better yet, closer to the beach access. Very pet friendly and quiet. Javier was a great host. There was an issue with the dishwasher but was immediately delt with. I will definitely book again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It’s in a great location, just a block from the beach. The private pool is so nice and it’s a pet-friendly property. Everything was as pictured I did have troubles with the dish washer. It stunk!!! Repair man was supposed to come but I’m not sure as we left for the day. The dryer also had issues. I had to put a load through 4 cycles to get clothes dry. Otherwise the stay was just fine. Close to everything there was to see.

Best Place on SPI

Everything you will need for your stay is at your fingertips. We love this property have stayed in both units. It’s a family tradition each year to vacation at SPI with our grandchildren. The owners are very quick to respond if you have any questions and always help to make your stay a memorable one!

Great Rental

The public beach access is next to the Wanna-Wanna Grill, just a few minutes walk from the property. There is also a Valero equally as close in the opposite direction. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a great time! We'll keep an eye out on this place the next time we come back.

parking was tight only room for two cars in driveway. the next-door Nieboer's truck got hit. hit n run. The pool and the close walk to the beach was amazing. it was clean. The dyer didn't heat very well; the king size mattress was a bit uncomfortable. and the coffee pot could use an upgrade it was small and a one cup at a time kind. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. we go to the island every year. first time in this rental.

The place was good but the master bedroom needs a new mattress, not very comfortable and you can tell that is super old because it sinks in when you lay down. Javier was a great first contact and resolved our issues within minutes.
