We absolutely loved everything about this home! It was the perfect mountain getaway for our family of five, with kids ranging from 1.5 to 9 years old. The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. While we didn't cook during our stay, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And the mountain views were unbeatable!The location was fantastic, just about 9 minutes from downtown Highlands, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still feeling tucked away in the mountains.Abbie was wonderful—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. We truly have no notes! We've stayed in Highlands many times, and this home was a favorite. We can't wait to come back!

We loved this beautiful Highlands home! It was perfect for our 3 families and the mountain views are just gorgeous! It is just a short drive into downtown Highlands which we loved. The fire pit and ping pong table were enjoyed by all. The host was so sweet and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely perfection. We had a wonderful girls weekend and could not stop talking about how beautiful the home was from the inside out. To the incredible views and the most perfect “cottage core” decor.Abbie was so helpful and extremely kind and responsive. The home was stocked with all of our weekend needs and it was a quick 10 minutes to town. We will dream about this place and weekend forever.

Horse Cove retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your mountain home. The setting was beautiful and quiet. The house was very clean, comfortably furnished and extremely well stocked. I would highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property took our breath away and the house was extremely comfortable. The host was so kind and communicating with her was a breeze. We will absolutely be back! This is hands down the best property in highlands.

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful with incredible design and aesthetics. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had zero complaints about anything. The views were breathtaking. It even snowed while we were here and didn’t impact the short drive to town one bit. The host, Abbie, was so sweet and very prompt in replying to messages. Absolutely recommend staying in this amazing home!

A few friends looking for a cabin weekend and this was the perfect spot! Just 15-20 minutes from main road highlands where all the food and shopping is. The property is large and has a great fire pit! The house itself was clean, spacious, and had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The host was 12/10 amazing. Responded quickly when needed, flexible, and have clear / concise instructions. Would rent again!! My friends loved it.

I know I'll regret posting this. . . As I know this newer rental listing will quickly get snatched up when people find how amazing it is. But IT IS!! The host had a quick response and was very accommodating. As you pull up, all you see is this precious home and a HUGE mountain range that is all to you!! Pictures just dont do it justice! Some of us have been to Switzerland and said it reminds them of it! Just breathtaking views everywhere! Deer in the apple orchard, and wild turkey in the distant fields. It was serene. Since their original photos, they've added more seating at the dining room table, more seating in the living room, as well as outside downstairs under the porch. We had a retreat here, but I cant wait to bring back my family.

We had a great time celebrating a 60th birthday! The backdrop with black rock mountain was incredible. Communication was great and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property. Book it; you won’t be sorry!
