We rented in the area for many years before choosing this Sapphire specifically, and it quickly became a place we truly fell in love with. There’s something special about the balance here — the peaceful mountain setting combined with so many things to do just minutes away.
The long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains are what first drew us in, and they never get old. Whether it’s a quiet morning with coffee watching the light change over the ridgelines or an evening sunset, it’s the kind of scenery that instantly helps you slow down.
Beyond the views, Sapphire offers so much to explore. There are countless nearby hikes and waterfalls, from easy scenic walks to more adventurous trails. You’re also just a short drive to Cashiers and Highlands, where you’ll find great restaurants, charming shops, and everything you need for your stay.
What we love most is that it truly feels like an escape from everyday life. You can spend your days exploring or simply relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and slower pace.
For us, it’s the perfect mix of nature, comfort, and convenience — and we hope you’ll love it here just as much as we do.
