Located just north of downtown Sarasota -- walking distance to: Dowtown, Sarasota Bay, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, 2 city parks, 10th Street boat ramp, Wicked Cantina restaurant, The Reserve Retreat, and Publix grocery/liquor store. Sunny in Sarasota

The house and location were perfect. Close proximity to grocery store. Walked to downtown area everyday. Owners were extremely friendly and accommodating but respected our privacy. The house had everything we needed. 5 star rating all around.
