Precioso estudio en el centro de Chelsea ubicado en Flower Street. El estudio está ubicado en el centro de todo, cerca de la vida nocturna, galerías, restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías y transporte. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.

Te invitamos a un estudio limpio, ordenado y bien diseñado con un baño privado completo y una cocina totalmente equipada.

El estudio puede alojar hasta cuatro personas.
Cuenta con una cama Queen y un sofá cama doble.

Comfortable Studio Near Everything

I stayed in this apt for about two months while my apartment was being renovated. It was comfortable and conveniently located. It's in the flower district, so you get wonderful, fragrant smells when you walk out the front door. Host was very responsive!

Nice spot

The studio apartment was very clean and a nice location. Nice kitchenette that had everything I needed for my summer stay. Comfortable bed and good set up. Responsive host was easy to communicate with.

Great Location, Safe and Clean

Property manager is very responsive, and arrival went quickly and smoothly. The apartment is exactly as pictured. My young adult son had everything he needed to cook and eat meals he prepped. The refrigerator and freezer work well and are good sized. The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is great. The bed is cozy - I'd say supportive - it's such a personal preference. There is air con and heating, so we were always very comfortable. This place worked perfectly for my son's school program. It's a great location and I felt safe with him in a secure building. The neighborhood is charming and there are tons of restaurants and stores and famous NY buildings in walking distance. The subway is on the block. We stayed for over three months and would definitely stay here again.

It was such a delight to have Jackie's son during his time in NY and we are so pleased that their stay was all that they wished. We try our utmost to insure our guests have the best stay possible. Clean and centrally located

I was here 6 weeks with my 10-yr old child. The studio is in a goof location, it is tiny but very clean and neat. A couple of shelves and pegs in the bathroom could have helped as space for storage was very limited. Also, an additional lock at the door would improve safety (we had to buy our own device).The heating is probably the biggest issue as it is quite old, cannot be adjusted (either super hot or off) and makes loud noises which were a problem at night. I would suggest the property improves communication. When I booked the studio months prior to our stay, I was in contact with a guy who signed his messages, and was helpful and quick in answering my questions. Then he disappeared , and I started communicating with people who never provided any names, gave me different phone numbers none of which were active or replied, and got confusing and contradictory responses. It seemed several people were assigned to providing assistance and did not exchange feedback with each other. The lady I was supposed to contact while in the city never replied to my messages so I just had to contact VRBO helpline via their website chat which I found rather frustrating. was

Very Comfortable Stay

My daughter stayed 6 weeks in this apartment while finishing up her last few weeks of college. She always felt safe. It is in a good central location. We loved walking past all the flowers to visit her.

We were so pleased to have such a lovely guest. Our hope with each rental is that each person feels as if it is a home away from home where we have supported and provided for all their needs. Our goal is to provide the best and most comfortable stay for you to enjoy the Chelsea area and NYC. As we are available by email/by the site 24/7, we immediately respond to any question or need our guest may have and hopefully each will end with our guest having a perfect visit.

Good location, great management, cute apartment

I rented this unit while in NYC for a month for work. The apartment was exactly what I needed for my stay, and very affordable. The management was extremely responsive to any requests/concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this for anyone in need of a longer term rental in the city.

Comfortable and adequate for my purpose

The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked well. The building is located on a quiet street with easy access to 2 subway lines and a variety of restaurants. The building workers were very helpful. Though the room is advertised as suitable for 4, in my opinion it would be a tight squeeze. I would stay there again.

GOOD LOCATION

El apartamento esta bien situado, la zona es segura. Si la idea es solo utilizarlo para dormir está bien. El problema es que es muy pequeño (aunque ponga para 4, en realidad es para 2) y muy oscuro, por otro lado, como da a la parte de atrás es tranquilo en cuanto a ruidos. Si no eres muy exigente con la limpieza, está bien, aunque todo está bastante usado y gastado. John, la persona que está al cargo, es muy amable y servicial y siempre está disponible (habla español)
