The upstairs living area is a great gathering place where you can share memories, traditions and play board games. There's no TV but great views of the Lake Serene. The kitchen is fully furnished...caution has views that cause dinner to be late or sometimes burnt. The private patio deck is ideal for lake gazing, reading and enjoying seasonal fireworks.

Downstairs private ground floor entrance has views of lake, dining, kitchen with microwave, living are with pull out bed, fully furnished laundry room, private king bed, private bath, walk-in closet. The downstairs is it's private space with the living room providing comfy, relaxing area for TV and movie streaming.

Step out onto the large privately landscaped backyard, that has two large furnished patio areas. The lake has seasonal private access*, depending on the level of the lake. The public access is .2 MLS or 5 min walk from the house. The neighborhood has trails around the lake for walking.

Lake Serene is a safe and very quiet neighborhood. (except for 4th of July, New Years and somebody's birthday?). Many local residents, outside the neighborhood do not know the Lake exists, so low amount of through traffic. Any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. We enforce quiet hours after 9pm. If our guests or their invitees violate the rules, where neighbors complain, reservations will be cancelled and security deposit forfeited.

*Water activities from the properties private access such as swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or boating are not recommended. Your safety is top priority and recommend you use the public access.
