Experience Bothell like a local in this lovely 3-bedroom house. With 2 king beds, 1 twin trundle bed, and 1 bunk bed, this property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the hot tub, back patio entertainment center, fitness room, WiFi, and relaxing living rooms upstairs and downstairs. Immerse yourself in the magic of Bothell at our charming house. Our house is centered between Mill Creek, downtown Bothell, and Lynnwood and just 5 minutes to I-405 or 10 minutes to I-5. Enjoy walks around the neighborhood or a longer stroll or bike ride on the North Creek Trail just a few minutes up the road.

This was an AMAZING stay. I had questions before the trip and rhe host answered them quickly. My kids loved the hot tub and never wanted to leave. We had fun watching movies in the backyard. There are so many family friendly details to this property. They had kid plates and cups, lots of toys, a baby gate and so much more. I highly recommend this place for families. I would definitely come back here!

This was an amazing spot to stay, it had all the vacation indulgences. Hot tub, outdoor movie with projector, multiple social spaces and a big fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful house, very clean and in a very nice neighborhood that felt safe. The king beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was quite a luxury. Though we didn’t have any children with us, the unit is set up nicely for kids, including a baby gate, pak n play with sheets, children’s dinnerware, toys and games. The third bedroom also had bunkbeds, the bottom bunk was very close to the floor. Nice laundry room. Minimal check out instructions. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

Great location and perfect for our family of 5!

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend visiting family in the area (we live in Texas) and this location was perfect- close to the family that we visited, cute neighborhood that we walked around each morning, and a good space for our family of 5. Loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit!!! Would book again!

Perfect place to gather!

What a lovely home! We had a great girls' weekend getaway at Shawna's place. The home was super clean, well appointed, just like the pics in the listing. The outdoor entertainment area was our favorite.

I have fairly sensitive allergies, and usually when houses are marked as “pet friendly” I can tell. Not this place! Sparkling clean, including blankets and throw pillows. Hot tub and outdoor movie screen were perfect! Had a slight hiccup with some missing towels and dripping washer, but owner was responsive, problem solved on the fly and was generous with her time. I’m already planning our next stay. What a gem of a private place in the middle of a neighborhood. Loved it.

The house was very clean and as described. Any issues we had we reported and had resolved fairly quickly. Details needed to be cared for and we pointed them out and all were taken care of within 24-36 hours. Hopefully our input will make it better for those that follow us.
