Quite enjoyable stay. Wonderful convenient location. Peaceful and quite. Lovely views. Mattress and pillows could be better. Clean and had all the necessities. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing, hot tub felt great, shower pressure was great, beautiful view of the lake and easy access to all the downtown, Oaklawn and great restaurants.

The house was ok. The towels all smelled, the hot tub smelled like urine and the house had a musty smell. We weren't there very much, so if smells don't bother you then you'll be fine.

Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay. The only con was there was dog hair everywhere and it seemed like it had not been vacuumed up, but overall we loved it! The view was nice and it very close to everything.

Great view. Hot tub is right off the deck. Stunning view of the lake. 15 minute drive from downtown hot springs. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

Beautiful and very peaceful property. Communication with host was great. We did go 6 hrs without water on property due to a scheduled maintenance. We weren’t happy about that because our plan was just to stay in and relax. Overall, good experience and the hot tub was great!

This is an amazing cottage in the lake. Views are beautiful and the place is immaculate. Attention to detail on all the amenities provided were fantastic. I also love that it is Gated and private. The grounds were also impeccable. Thank you for the precise instructions, we had a wonderful and memorable birthday!

We really enjoyed our stay @ the condo. It had everything we needed .The place was spotless and the perfect size. We spent a lot of time on the deck and ate all our meats outside. The Lake view was so beautiful at sunset.

Our stay was amazingly perfect! The studio condo was clean, smelled good, decorated very cute, and had the perfect amenities. Large television, storage for clothes and belongings, a full kitchen equipped and stocked with coffee, an amazing view of the lake, games, WiFi, a beautiful outdoor area with seating to overlook the lake and a hot tub! I couldn’t recommend this more! We will definitely be returning as it was the perfect weekend getaway for my birthday!

Excellent accommodations!

Great location just minutes from commerce yet quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Hot Springs activities. Property is exactly like pictures show-no unpleasant surprises. We loved it!

A beautiful getaway

Host were amazing, property was beautiful, view spectacular, would definitely stay here again and tell others about. Location was great to everything we wanted to do. If I had to ask for anything to change it would be the bed , I love a soft bed but this was way to soft and one of us ended up sleeping in the chair. But would still stay here again because of the property and niceness of host.

The location and view were excellent. Unfortunately, the pool was closed upon our arrival and during our entire stay. That information was not disclosed to us in advance; It would have given us an opportunity to choose another place instead. The temperatures were near or above 100 degrees during that timeframe, so lack of pool access was less than satisfactory. We had problems with ants during our stay as well. We tried to resolve it on our own by purchasing products, but to no avail. The owner was contacted; however, he was unable to do anything about since contact was made Friday night. The end result was dealing with ants the whole time. As much as I wanted to love this place, I just can't be ok with it. We visit Hot Springs 3-4 times a year to see family. This was our first VRBO experience.

Just a getaway

We were so pleasantly surprised! So often we have been somewhat "catfished" by the pictures of a location. This location was every bit as pleasant as the pictures and even more! It is remote yet 5 minutes from food and wal-mart. The views are absolutely tranquil, the cottage was very clean and had all necessities. There were freshly planted flowers in all the flower pots. We will absolutely be staying here again.
