I rented this condo for the winter of 2026. The condo is in a very nice community and the location is perfect. It’s very close to the clubhouse and on the 18th hole. There was a plumbing issue one nite and the owner was on it and had a plumber there the next day. The only improvement I would suggest would be to get a new queen mattress for the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, it was a very nice condo to rent for the winter. It was my 1st winter in South Florida.
