Nice roomy condo

Good experience, condo was well furnished and supplied with everything you need. Good location to restraunts and beaches. Pool is not heated and hot tub has restricted hrs, but still nice. Quiet location also. Enjoyed walking around condo complex, no walking paths, but roads worked fine.

Thank you for the review, Darrin. I wanted to let you know the pool is in fact heated but the heater had some issues during your arrival which have now been fixed. I'm sorry for that inconvenience. Otherwise, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay and we welcome you back anytime.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 weeks. The condo has been completely updated and is very nice. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area is very nice, but you need to be there early as it is very busy - but we enjoyed it every day. The property is in a great location - close to a number of stores and restaurants. Right off of some main thoroughfares, so easy to get around, but isolated from any road noise. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Delightful to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Still waiting for VRBO cancellation refund

Excellent property. However third party billings by VRBO and Evolve were outrageous and almost criminal. Using algorithms to determine nightly stays and pocketing overpriced damage premiums on insurance and host of other add ons is financially dubious. You really have nothing to be proud. The owners were terrific. 5 Star. The 3rd party costs not so much. Although Evolve responses and help was excellent

Hi Rob, we are pleased you enjoyed our home. We understand you have some frustration regarding the third-party fees. If our home is booked directly on Evolve’s website additional fees can be avoided. We never want our guests to be surprised by hidden charges, so all additional fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservations. Additionally, Evolve does its best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and uses a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. We apologize if you didn't feel it was a good value. This is not a reflection of us, the owner, or the property. Again, we are happy you enjoyed our happy place!
