I own several businesses in Key West and purchased this high-end, entirely rebuilt home due to (1) its proximity to Duval Street and my businesses and (2) the exceptionally high quality of construction - it is a new home.; and (3) it is new, so no mold, no smells, the AC works, etc. - rare to find in any home in KW, let alone one offered for rental. It has never been rented - however, my other business is keeping me away from KW, so if left in the care of the right individuals, I have decided to rent it.

I picked this neighborhood because it is close to Duval and in the middle of everything one wants to do in Key West. Petronia is a one-way lane, snug in dimension, so there is very little pass-through traffic and lots of foot traffic. Sitting on the front porch and watching the world walk by is fun.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This property is unique to most in Old Town, not just because of how clean and new it is, but also because of its cute Conch cottage architecture from the exterior, "shotgun" floor plan, and contemporary interior.
