The property is amazing. The host was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to questions. We had a total of 10 (5 adult couples); three generations of our family. Everyone loved our time at the property. Scenery is gorgeous and nights in front of the outdoor fireplace were very special. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, plenty of dishes and seating. All in all, I can’t think of anything I’d change. If Ann is not a premier host, she should be.

Absolutely amazing location and home. We had 15 people ranging from 12-80 years old and the house accommodated us perfectly. Easy access to Purgatory and downtown Durango. Definitely hope to stay here again!

LOVED OUR STAY

We are already looking forward to our next trip to Durango so we can stay in this lovely home! The owners were so helpful and we made sweet memories together as a family. From the beautiful front porch overlooking the mountains while the train whistle blew as it passed by to epic pool and foosball games upstairs, we will remember it all forever.
