The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful houses around. However, don’t go expecting to hangout out back. No outside space/furniture. Check in and out was very smooth.

The place was very nice, the steps are kind of steep, so if you’re older you might have some trouble. But we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and close to reatrauants.

Stairs to the bedrooms were rather steep so if you have an older loved one just be aware they may need assistance getting up and down. Other than that, the house was clean, comfortable and conveniently placed to all the fun activities in Indianapolis. The host was attentive, but not over bearing. If you’re looking for a cost-effective place to stay while traveling, this is your spot.

Carpet on stairs/upstairs either was not cleaned or just needed removed. The air-conditioning filters were very dusty which caused my daughter's allergies to become very bad,due to that she had to sleep downstairs on the couch. The fan could not be used either because it was full of dust. The fridge was dirty on the inside. If the upstairs floor was like the downstairs it would be perfect along with better cleaning. A blow dryer would have been a nice accommodations. I had to go buy one at the local TJ Maxx. I would stay again if those things would be changed. The neighborhood was very nice.
