Single-level property, 1 King, 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry room. TV’s in all bedrooms & den. Kitchen nook seats 4, plus formal dining room seats 6. Master Suite opposite end of house with full private bath & large walk-in closet, new refrigerator. Good established safe neighborhood; restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, gas, close.
Patio furniture (table, 4 chairs) +add'l pad for a grill.
Long Term Stays Welcomed! Discounts: 7-27 day stays. Deeper discounts stays 28 days & longer

New central air and heat with a ceiling fan in the den and master bedroom. New refrigerator.
Smart lock on front door. Plenty of room on both sides of the house and large yard.
Two concrete patios out back with patio furniture for grilling outside with family and friends.

Plenty of room on all sides of the house for enjoying the outside.

The garage is not open to guests, therefore, entrances and exits via the garage is locked/not accessible.
