This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this your best vacation yet! There is new paint throughout. The living room has new furnishings, and the dining area has a new table. In the kitchen, you will love the granite countertops along with a white subway tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Updates to the main bathroom include a beautiful tile shower and newer vanity. The second bathroom has a new vanity and sink along with a shiplap accent wall and new mirror. The main bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin. The owners converted the den into a third bedroom and added pocket doors for privacy. The couch in the living room is a queen sleeper. All of the bedrooms have new vinyl flooring. There is a full-size washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi. The deck features both views of the ocean along with the bay and is a wonderful place to relax from your fun filled day!

The Sea Watch is one of the premier buildings in Ocean City and is known for its abundance of amenities. You will enjoy both an indoor and outdoor pool, a basket court, three tennis courts, a playground, a volleyball court, a movie theater, a game room, a billiards room, sauna, and workout area.

Come stay with us anytime of the year, enjoy all the amenities that this unit offers and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival at the guard station: $75 cash or credit card (Fee in effect May 1st- Oct. 31st ) It includes 1 parking space in a covered garage (7' clearance). An additional spot may be available for an additional fee, except for June 28- July 6th, 2026. .
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping condominium complex and is prohibited in the condo, on the balcony as well as all public areas.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 8th floor. Sea Watch is an elevator building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The indoor pool is open March 27th- Oct. (Days and hours vary by month) The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

We wanted to take my son on a weekend beach trip. This place was perfect for us! We loved staying here and it was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. I would definitely book here again.

Perfect location and size for our family of 5. Unit was very well maintained and had a great view of the ocean. Using the linen service made packing easier. Parking garage was handy (but a little pricey if you had 2 vehicles). The amenities offered at Sea Watch added to our enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. This condo is cozy, clean and right on the beach with amazing views of the ocean. The condo has everything you will need for the family- a coffee machine, board games, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, washer/dryer, indoor/outdoor pool, game room, sauna, etc.. parking in the garage is extra . There is a small mall right across the street. This location is close to many restaurants and about a 15 min drive to the boardwalk. The only complaint I have is the King bed is very hard. Also, there was one day where the water was shut off until 9:30am.

The view was gorgeous, the location was great, and the kids loved the playground and beach showers. I could have spent all week on the balcony. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. The master bed was extremely firm, and we ended up having our kids sleep in the master so we could get a decent night’s sleep. We also experienced A/C issues that required two maintenance visits during our stay. The condo felt smaller than the photos, and elevator maintenance made getting in and out with beach gear from the 9th floor challenging.

Our stay was ok. The view was pretty. The jellyfish were high and we could not swim in the ocean. Our condo was nice. The pictures made it look bigger, but we made it work. It was very clean. The beds were not comfortable. I didn’t appreciate having to do housekeeping while on vacation! Making all the beds, pulling all the bedding off. Had to wash all the towels and then collect at the end and clean every dish. Would have enjoyed myself more if housekeeping or the company that cleans this condo actually did all of the work. I would not rent here again due to this

Clean property with great view. Cleaner than most beach rentals! We had a young toddler (just walking) and appreciated the kid-friendly furniture. Quiet unit and the layout helped with a natural white noise for the front rooms. The laundry room has outside access and storage for all your beach things which is nice to not track in sand. Appreciated all the amentities on site like arcade, theather, great cafe, pool, sand toy share, playground and sport courts. Great wash off area with pleny of hoses. Covered, secured parking. Very well kept property overall in great location and appreciated the large linen drop off in the unit. Beach wasn't too crowded and appreciated having life gaurds right in front of the property. Pool is small but still nice for needing a break from the beach. This property itself was nice, just the beds and couch where a little firm for my liking but otherwise had everything we needed and would stay again! Love the balcony facing the ocean off the master bedroom too for sunrise watching!

This Apartment is not as "newly renovated as advertised" it is better suited for someone who is staying long term(2 weeks) No shampoo or soap provided but very well stocked kitchen. Not really the cleanest place

Good communication, the condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The lock is a little wonky and takes a few tries sometimes. We were there during a very cold spell and there were parts of the condo that were a little chilly. Overall a great stay in a great location! We would stay there again!

Wonderful vacation spot!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The place was clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. The highlight was the view from the deck- gorgeous! The amenities were nice, as well (pool, game room, etc.). I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Last week of the year visit

The place was very nice and cozy. It had very comfortable beds. The indoor pool was nice for our winter stay. Views of the beach and ocean were amazing. The location was great because we also like to go to other beach towns like Bethany, Rehoboth and Assateague.

I have been going to Seawatch for over 10 years multiple times a year and I must say this was one of most favorite units. I loved the decor and coziness. Mattress was perfect. I will look for this unit next time I go.

Wonderful

Great ocean view condo on the beach. This place was clean and met our needs perfectly. Nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked. This condo has a lot of amenities for adults and children. Our granddaughters had a great time!

Loved it!

We loved the unit. It was perfect for my family of four for a long weekend -and I wish we had planned to stay for the week. Check-in was smooth and ready on time, property very clean and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos of the property online were percise! Beach view was excellent, convenient location to stores, eateries and entertainment. The Seawatch property was lovely. Clean and well maintained. 2 draw backs and not major at all but instructions for tv use would have been helpful and the master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm but still offered a good nights rest! I would stay at this property over and over again! Well done David! Thank you so much for offering a great experience for our yearly girls week vacation!
