House was as described and well stocked with what we needed, besides pillow cases. The house was mostly clean but there were multiple wasps found inside the house upon check in. Also if the house had pets in it before that should have been mentioned or the home needs a deep clean. It smelled of pets and those staying in the house with allergies were having issues. The air conditioning worked great downstairs but it stayed warmer upstairs despite the units setting. The home’s space worked perfectly for what we needed.

Very nice place. Super clean. Host was very accommodating allowing us to come in a couple hours early so we could drop our stuff prior to our son’s baseball games. Would definitely recommend.

This was a nice location and close to my daughter that lives in Pelham. The property looked to have been unused for some time. Lots of dust and dirt. One bed had dirty sheets. There was a dirty bowl in the cupboard. There was alot of air in the plumbing and so the water was explosive coming out of the sink as well as the toilets. Maybe the owners should stay for there to find out what would make it more comfortable.

Check in was very easy and the location was good. Didn’t ever have the need to communicate with the property manager, and though it was on the listing we didn’t realize it was a townhouse. The house is in bad need of a deep clean. It seems like just about every wall need a magic eraser taken to it in addition to the carpet being cleaned. The floor in the second bathroom is peeling up and the shower does not drain properly. Just general kinda gross, photos attached.

The property location was convenient for our trip. Townhouse was not clean. Leaves and dirt on the floor upon arrival. Towles were visibly soiled and smelled terrible. Bathroom walls had dried liquids on them and the ceiling has unfinished repairs. Backyard was not as pictured. No grass and very messy with animal feces. Pulled bedding back and hair was visible. Washing machine had a very thick layer of dirt and had a sour smell.

Great house and location

The location was perfect as we were in town for a wedding taking place at Aldridge Gardens. One of the other selling points was the fact that there were two beds in one of the bedrooms for my family of five. Marcus was the best communicator! He responded to my questions within minutes, and even shipped me a forgotten item after we left.

This house was absolutely perfect for my trip. The location, being right outside the park, is fantastic. Everything is within a 15 minute drive. The house itself is setup wonderfully. The bed was comfortable, it was super clean and nice. The AC worked great. The TVs were all comparable with “AirPlay” so as long as you have Hulu, Max, Netflix, etc on your phone or tablet, you could watch your shows on any TV with AirPlay. Overall I thought this place was amazing and I really look forward to coming back. 10/10 recommend this place

Great time.

It was a good time and close to our daughter to prepare for hosting her baby shower. Great essentials for the amount of people staying. Beds were comfortable. My only feedback was the listing should say that all the bedrooms are upstairs. We are older and have some hip and knee issues and if I hadn’t had my cousin with me, my sister and I wouldn’t have been able to get our suitcases upstairs at all.

The property is a townhome. The front is all overgrown and not maintained. The interior while maintained satisfactory is in need of appliance updating. Master Fiberglas shower is extremely slippery when wet. Far from a Palace.

Just what we needed

4 adults in town for an event. Comfortable beds, nice appliances, good location, quiet area, easy check in, very responsive and accommodating Host.Kitchen was lacking dish towels (paper towels were provided) but otherwise we had all we needed and were very happy.

Good family fit

We traveled to Birmingham to visit family for Christmas, but wanted our own place to stay. This home worked out very well for us and was ideally situated near lots of places to eat and the family we were there to visit. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we had plenty of room. You do need to know the driveway is a bit tight if you have more than two cars. Would stay here again.

Parent Weekend Stay
